Jess’s PJ’s for Dolls
$20 GYON
Grade: B

I really like these and they are a wonderful fresh and lively colour. I love how soft and ruffled the top is finished like. The straps and edging are all done with elastic lace. Very nice for fitting it to her or an other doll just the way you want it to.

The slippers are so soft and fuzzy. They have a small flower and jeweled detail. They do come with an elastic strap but I have found the idea to be good and the implementation poor. The elastic is so tight that it shows her feet to far forward in the slipper so that her toes hang off the fronts.

Overall I like the PJ's but the slippers weak points make me rate it a B.

I'd have to give it a B+. You have to work on loosening the elastic a little to get the slippers just right. The slippers are just so soft and fuzzy - I love them. The lace straps on the tank top are stretchy, which helps it to fit better. The pants have that cute pattern on them, and they are so soft!

I have actually found that I just put the elastic over the top of the foot under the strap and they hold on just fine. Not anything I could have her go run around the yard in but it works.

jess is sitting next to me in her pj's right now. They are so cute on her. I agree with the problematic slippers but the whole outfit is wonderful and looks amazing on jess.

I love Jess' pj set! I'm going to have to agree with you Jo, the elastic on the backs of the slippers seems so impractical! Although I realize what they were trying to accomplish, they just push her toes too far out of the slipper. The color and patterns on the pj's are just wonderful. I love the style of the tank top and the capri bottoms. I give this set an A-, simply because of the slippers.

I got mine in New York last year (06) and they were soo cute! But I give them a B- Because for me, the slippers got bent very easily in the back and the lace strap on the shirt is ripping. I think you can see it in my picture below. But overall they are the cutest PJS from AG yet!

Jess's pj's are great. I wish AG made pajamas for all the Girls of the Year. The velcro in the back of the top is the new non-hair snagging kind.

I love the style of the pajamas and Jess looks very good in them.

I don't have any trouble keeping her slippers on her, but she has trouble standing up with them on though.

The ankle bracelet is a great accessory to this set.

Grade A.

I got these for my Felicity doll on December 31, 2006 (last minute impulse buy) and I'd give them an A.
The colour is beautiful as is the pattern on the pants and they are nice and soft and not too tight, so they look comfy. The slippers are great and I've never had a problem getting them to stay on Felicity's feet even without the elastic, but she does have big feet. The anklet looks pretty but I've never actually used it.

I love the color of the PJ's. I also like the cut of the top it is looks really great on Jess. I also like how the Velcro on the back does not snag any of her hair. The pattern on the pants continues the butterfly theme Jess has, and the anklet is wonderful. I am tempted to make a few more to match for my other dolls.

The slippers are cute, but seem too small for her foot, and slide around quite a bit. She also cannot stand with them on.

I love the color and style of these, so I also got this set right before it sold out in 2006. I definitely don't regret my choice--these are really cute! I do agree that the doll's toes hang off the edge of the slippers, but I don't really feel obligated to use the slippers, so it's all good.

My #25 loves them...

I finally bought Jess's pajamas from Ebay and they arrived yesterday.
I love the colour and the pattern. The lace trim around the neckline and arms of the top is stretchy and very lovely. The fabric is very soft and well made.
The slippers fit Jess perfectly and stay on thanks to the elastic straps around the back.
The beaded anklet is very cute too.
I would rate the whole outfit an A+ .

Grade; A- (only because the slippers wont stay on. I fixed mine with fishing line) if you put these on a doll with blue eyes, you will never want to take them off! The anklet is one of the cutest AG has made.
