Jackson's Tack Box $34

I would give this a B it's nice but I haven't really used it much or any of the things. I think the best part of this is the Saddle part to make it easy for the dolls to sit on Jackson. The carrots are cute. You can put Nickis clothes in the tack box as well if you wanted.

I'm not really sure abuot what its made out of but i'd guess a thick cardboard.

(from the site) Jackson's special tack box and all the items that come with it, including:

~A berry-colored brush to groom him
~Ankle wraps to take care of injuries
~A bag of pretend carrots so she can give him a treat when she’s done
~Plus, saddlebags and a western-style saddle that can be stored inside the tack box, too

JACKSON'S TACK BOX:

1. The tack box itself is cardboard, but very sturdy; the latch and name plate are real metal. It is very roomy and one can store multiple saddles etc within it. Grade: A+
2. The 2 bandages are pink, but very useful. My poor Penny has been lame from broken legs, and one can actually keep them secured well with the bandages. They are longer than Marisol's and use non-stick Velcro. Grade: A+
3. The Carrots are normal doll food, only they come in a small plastic bag which has a cord bow glued on to tie it closed. Grade: A- (they are pretty much ordinary, and I don't understand the bag.)
4. The Saddle is very well made indeed! It has a furry lining and some felt lining too, and the top is plastic, but made to look like leather and easy to sit in, even in my dress. It is embossed and studded and looks very nice, although one cannot adjust the stirrups. Although it's made for Jackson, it can fit Penny as well. Grade: A++
5. The Saddlebags are roomy and go onto the saddle with Velcro loops. They look realistic and will be very useful when I go on rides in the summer. Grade: A+

Average Grade: A+

Jackson’s Tack Box
GYJA $34

Taking care of the horses is a daily chore for Nicki, but Jackson gets special treatment! Help Nicki open his tack box to find everything she’ll need to give him a good grooming: a berry-colored brush, ankle wraps to take care of injuries, and a bag of carrots so she can give him a treat when she’s done. At the end of the day, store the saddlebags and western-style saddle inside the tack box, too

This is great! Just wanted to add to the above reviews that because this saddle (as well as the new Western Saddle) has a saddle horn the doll can sit better and she STAYS in the seat! The stirrups are more toward the front of the saddle which is perfect for a doll who cannot bend her knees. AG was thinking on the design of this saddle.

Oh, and yes it fits Penny perfectly!

A+
