Very pretty. I especially like the skirt. It's made out of a flimsy, but silky material. So pretty. I'll post pics when I can...so many projects, so little time!

I agree that this outfit looks nice on Marisol and is a must for her collection. Mine also came wrinkled, but I actually think it looks okay that way. Maybe it's just me. I especially love the ballet shoes that are just like the real thing. And the cut-off tights are just like I used to wear for ballet. This outfit is very realistic, which is probably why I like it. The leotard can even double as as swimsuit, if you refuse to buy the AG swimsuits like me.
We think this set is great for Marisol. I do think it is a little LOW cut in the front. I feel like her chest is hanging out of it.
The wrap skirt snaps in two points and hugs her hips pretty well. The front is decorated with small pink crystals.
Her leggings are footless and come right to her ankles. She also has two leg warmers and pink ballet slippers.
The set also came with a set of hair ties and bobby pins with directions on how to make a ballet bun. My daughter was 9 and was able to follow the directions easily to make the bun.

Johanna, any chance you have it on backwards? It's hard to tell in pictures, and I almost always have to take it off and put it back on, because the back definitely lies too low. Actually, I may be putting it on backwards, lol. Anyway, this is how I normally put it on my dolls:
I have no clue. I thought that the back was worse then this side. it is really LOW in my opinion. I will have to look at it again just because I may be a goober and may be doing it all wrong.

When I saw this outfit, I knew I just had to have it. When I orginally got Marisol, I got her meet accessories and Practice outfit as well. I just love this outfit because it was so realistic as to what ballet dancers practice in. I was in ballet when I was younger, but I never got wear anything as cute as this when I practiced! Asides from the skirt being a bit wrinkled, I adore the leotard, the footless leggings, the legwarmers, and the ballet flats. This is definitely one of my favorite outfits for Marisol, hands down.

Grade: A-
This outfit is perfect in everyway! I recieved it for Christmas of 2007, and I am slowly trying to collect everything in Marisol's world since she is my first and favorite girl. Anyways, the reason I gave this outfit an A- instead of an A+, was because the skirt gets wrinkled easily, and I'm already terrified of ruining it whenever it needs ironed. I can't think of an easier way to do it.
I think all the pieces in this set are adorable, and I barely like pink! I will post a picture soon.
~~**HAPPY HOLIDAYS!**~~ My Dolls: Back row-Jess, Nellie, Kailey Second row- Samantha, Julie, Marisol, Kaya First row- Josefina, Sarah Nicole (#14) Dolls I want: Jocelyn (Rebecca- mini me), Elizabeth, and Chrissa(Will be re-named).

This outfit is really sweet. I remember waiting to get it, as it was backordered the first few weeks it was available. I don't care for the footless tights. At the time I bought it, I really liked the slippers. However, since the newer 2-in-1 ballet outfit has been released, I find those slippers preferable, as they have soles. Marisol's skirt is wrinkly and I think the rhinestones are tacky.
Grade: B-
JLY outfit on the left, Marisol's on the right.
Marisol's outfit on the doll on the right.
Marisol's ballet outfit is on Inky, the doll on the far left, and on Marisol, who is in the middle.
Again, Marisol's outfit on Inky on the far left, and Marisol, in the middle.

Grade: A The leotard is very pretty and easy to get on. The footless leggings are cute. I love their light pink color and you can use them with many different outfits. The legwarmers are soft, realistic, well made, and beautiful! The shoes are nice, but a little hard to get on and the skirt gets wrinkled easily.
