Mia's Accessories $28

Comes with (from the site):
~White faux-leather figure skates with laces
~Blue skate guards
~A zippered skate bag
~A music player that really works and pretend headphones
~Plus a dock and a striped elastic armband

This set is really cute, the skate guards stay on well and the little Ipod is super cute, it plays music the headphones can snap into the top of the Ipod and it stays on good, haven't tried the strap yet. All in all it's a really cute accesory set it costs a bit much but it's worth it! The skates are great and the bag to hold them is cute has a sholder strap.
I give it an A

I recieved this set with my Mia doll. Its really cute! I love her skate carrier. Everything is cute. The "song" the Ipod plays is a high pitched noise thats kind of annoying, Still cute though: A+

I really like Mia's Accessories! I ordered them with the doll. It is a little expensive for 28 dollars, but it is worth it! :)

Her accessories include: (from the AG site)

-White faux-leather figure skates with laces
-Blue skate guards
-a zippered skate bag
-A music player that really works and pretend headphones
-Plus a dock and a striped elastic armband

I love this set! The figure skates are my favorite! They were a little hard to get on at first, but they look great! The blue skate guards are really cool too. They are rubber material and are blue with sparkles. They do like to fall off though, so be careful. The skate bag is neat, and it will come in handy to store things. :) The Music player is really cute! My sister pointed out that it plays The "I Like your Style" song. It is small and could get lost. Also the dock and armband is also neat, but I haven't figured out how to use the armband. I give this set an A.

A

Definitely overpriced, but the cutest accessory set I've ever seen! I love the concept of the doll iPod, but the design is rather low quality, and the "song" it plays is horribly high-pitched and annoying. The headphones look realistic, but they don't conform to Mia's head very well.

The skates are very realistic and equal quality. They really aren't that hard to get on, if you know what you're doing. The skate bag and guards are also realistic and cute touches. Definitely an A for this set.

I received my set in a trade. Would I have paid 28$ for it? No, but I'm glad I have it now, as an iPod and skates are two things I really wanted my doll to have. If you have a Mia, of course figure skates are an essential for her.

First, the skates are basic white figure skates. The toe pick is a nice touch for doll skates. I like the blade guards a lot, because I have an unnatural attraction to anything glittery. I have always had a fascination with blade guards for some reason, and I always wanted skates so I could get hot pink sparkly blade guards. But ice blue is nice too. This part gets an A+ because it accomplishes absolutely everything that you would want a doll ice skate and blade guard set to do.

Next, the skate bag. I like the colors; the berryish purple and indigo look nice together. It probably could have done with some embellishment; perhaps a screenprint of a skater or something. So A-.

The iPod. Man, this is kind of tough. I really, really, really wanted an iPod for my doll. But if I had my druthers, it would not have had an ugly flower print thing on it. And while I do have pink cases for my iPods, I kind of rather would have had my doll iPod be a different color. And the song it plays? I would not have named it "Dance Party Mix." To me, it sounds like carnival music or something. It's nice, though, that you can turn it on and off and you don't have to wait for it to stop itself if you turn it on accidentally. B- in execution. But the idea of having an iPod is so vital for me that I give the concept an A+.

I think the headphones fit my doll's head just fine, although I think the cord is kind of strange. First of all, it's thicker than my person-sized headphone cords. In comparison with the doll, I think the cord would be equivalent to, say, the kind of cord you would use to hook up a guitar to an amp. Because of the thickness, it doesn't really fall naturally, the way a regular cord would. You can see it in the picture in one of the reviews above; it's very stiff. B

The armband is just an elastic band and you hook the iPod onto the strap. I found that it's easiest to get the armband on the doll's arm first, then attach the iPod. I have the armband on over the sleeve from the Star Hoodie Outfit and it fits OK, although I don't know how it would fit over something thicker. B+

It also comes with a dock, which I don't have much to say about. It's a nice touch, and will probably help you to not lose the iPod, since the iPod is pretty tiny. This way, you can stand it up on a piece of doll furniture when your doll is not wearing it, which I think is nice. And since it plays a song, you can stand the iPod up and turn it on so your girls can have a DANCE PARTY. A-

Overall: B+. In short? If you can find it for a good price--I probably wouldn't pay retail for it, and definitely not inflated retired prices--go for it, especially if you feel than an iPod or skates are important for your doll to have. I would surmise that AG will release another iPod some day, though, and it may be less pink n' flowers than this one is.

The Skates: Very cute!! They stay on and come off easily. They are very cute, and roomy enough for her to wear socks or tights underneath.
The Skate Guards: Cute. They are blue. The only issue is that they have a problem staying on if you want her to move around. If she is going to be displayed in the guards, it's fine.
The Skate Bag: Fine. Stays zippered...no complaints.
The Music Player: ADORABLE!! It plays one song.
The Arm Band: Stays on well due to the elastic band.
The Dock: Perfect. Great color; music player stays in securely.
The Headphones: Great. Stays on well.
