I personally like the original version of Josefina's trunk. The newer trunk does NOT have all the hardware the original version has. I think it looks bare. I also feel the construction is not as good as the older trunk. I like hinges on the trunks. All of the trunks that are available have lift off lids. If you want one, I wouldn't wait too long.
