quarter: maybe this is lost on me as I'm not american, but I just found it...boring. Felicity's bit, at least, was interesting and historical, but a quarter? Whatever, it's realistic enough.grade - B
The US quarter was redesigned for our country's 200th birthday celebration in 1976. The new quarter was dubbed the "Bicentennial Quarter" because of the bi-centennial (two-100) birthday of the United States. It was ONLY made that one year, 1976. It's a very special quarter and has never been made since.
So it is relevant to Julie's stories, although not the first few. When she goes on the "Wagons, Ho" in Julie's Journey, that takes place in 1976.
