This outfit is really cute.
Dress - I agree with the above in that it would be a plus if the shirt and jumper had been separate. As it is, I love the dress. The material is satiny and feels like a dance costume. I love the details like the bit of pouf in the sleeves and star buttons. The pleats are fully functional. Velcros in the back.
Undershorts - I like that they included these instead of making the dress a leotard just because that makes the outfit 100% easier to get on.
Socks - Standard AG bobby socks - like something you'd get with Molly or Emily.
Saddle Shoes - These are similar to Molly's red ones that come with her Sweater and Skirt outfit, except they actually fit over the socks. I would've liked if they'd had some kind of dance sole, but since they don't they can also work as regular shoes.
Headband - The design with the stars and sequins is really cute. It's tight, but it fits. I also like that it's covered in the same satiny material as the dress, so it's soft.
Overall Grade: A-
