I like this outfit because it's something I would've worn at the time. I don't think all together, but definitely as separates. Around that time I had a long cargo skirt (but it was khaki) and at least two fleece vests. The puffy vests were in then as well, and that's when I started wearing hoodies. I'm not sure I like it all together. It's kind of... overwhelming. Could be because I know now long skirts don't look good on me because I'm petite so I wouldn't wear it together myself.
I love the colors. They seem unique for JLY outfits especially lately. I like the stripe design on the hoodie and use this a lot as a separate in the winter. It's a pretty timeless design that still looks in today. I got mine second-hand and have had no problem with the snaps, but it does seem rather short. I LOVE the vest and that's the main reason I was searching this out. I wanted it for my dolls to use when they went camping. The zipper is a little tough but I don't have any problems with it really. The skirt isn't really my style, but made well. And since it's a neutral and not a trendy design it also goes separately with other things today. I don't have the shoes, socks or underwear.
Grade:
Hoodie - B+ since it is short.
Vest - A
Skirt - A
Overall - A-
View of hoodie only with jeans:

It *just* hits the top of AG jeans, which combined with their notoriety for low-rise waists means you have to be on underwear/midriff patrol. The skirt's waist is high enough not to cause this problem, but I really would've appreciated if it was even 1/4" longer.
