*This outfit was worn by Felicity in the newer version of Meet Felicity, the short story "Felicity's New Sister" and in the DVD Felicity: An American Girl Adventure.*
Don't like it as a meet outfit.
The Good: Nice colors, nice embroidery. Like the necklace (from what I real it's accurate), and the cap.
The Bad: Don't like the dresses' weird material, and the cap is funny looking on, it makes her head look poufy.
Rating: ***1/2, B-
