Lacy Pinafore and Rosebud Circlet

I was a bit worried about buying this dress after I read the reviews, but I do love it. Yes, the material is kind of weird but Sam looks so adorable in it, and it is her birthday dress, so it's hard to resist:) I probably give it a B+
