I love this outfit. It is very pretty, fits well, and seems well-made.
Sweater: Fits Becky and Harper (#23) perfectly. I think it might be a little tight on a PM doll. The material is thin but I think this helps it to lay nicely on a doll. It does FEEL comfortable, haha. I like the detailing. Definitely a more form-fitting sweater; others might have preferred it to be looser, but I like it. It has no-snag velcro and on mine, that does seem to mean no-snag. I have not had problems with the sweater catching on its own velcro. Grade - A
Skirt: LOVE the skirt! Sturdy fabric. I was worried about the detailing being easy to pull off, but it doesn't seem problematic yet. I also like that it goes all the way around. The waistband is flat in the front and has elastic in the back. It went on the two Mattel dolls easily. AG also made Molly's Sweater and Skirt Outfit's skirt without velcro, but I didn't think it had enough elastic and it is really tight so I was worried about this one; however, they seem to have struck the perfect balance here. The front of the skirt looks nice, there is no velcro, but you also get the benefit of the elastic making a better fit. Grade - A+
Shoes: Cute, and I think they could be used with a lot of outfits. The flower is pretty but could seem young. I was "done" with flower designs on clothing by 11/12. It's not obnoxious, though. Grade - A-
Headband: Tag was cut off immediately. It's pretty and could go with other outfits as well. Headbands with bows seem to be in lately. I guess it does have the gap, but Rebecca's curls kind-of hide that. Grade - A-
Overall Outfit Grade - A
I would definitely recommend this outfit! The only addition/change I would have made is that I prefer the outfit with tights. I think that is my upbringing of dressy=tights or hose showing through.
