Dress: Cute. It was shorter than I thought it would be, but then when I put it on, it didn't look as bad as anticipated. So, short, but not enough that it negatively impacts how I feel about it. Especially with boots, it balances out. The material is a bit thin but still a decent quality. I was a little disappointed it velcros up the front because on mine the top won't stick well and you can see the velcro from the underside showing a bit. Not sure if that is unique to my dress, though. However, I'd rather have had the velcro in the back just so that the front would look uniform. I think the belt could tie in the front or the back, depending on what you like. It would have been nice if the belt was a little longer so it could tie in a bow, but a square knot looks fine. Grade: B
Shirt: It is a solid color with no decals or other accents!!!! I have nothing more to say because I was very excited about that
It will be great for mix-and-match. Grade: A
Boots: Nothing *special* but they are a nice neutral color and look cute with the dress. I would rather have plain boots like these than have AG add some unnecessary accents, so I'm fine with them. They look sort-of like plain Uggs. Easy to get on. Grade: B
Hat: Really cute and I have seen hats like this a lot in real life. I have one too that my friend knitted for me. The hat feels nice and soft and very similar to the yarn my friend used for mine. It can be worn in a slouch beret style, or I think it is long enough to pull down over her ears if she is cold. It has a butterfly embroidered on it, which is cute, but not so obvious that it looks obnoxious. I like that the butterfly's color is another shade of purple rather than a contrasting color. Grade: A+
Overall: I think this is a cute outfit for fall or spring, and all the pieces have great mix-and-match potential. While I think there are some things that I think could have been improved about the dress and the boots, it's nothing that impacts my enjoyment of the outfit. Overall Grade: B+
