My hoop was not bent like the one shown, so it fits together perfectly, but even without being bent, the hoop still is not a true hoop- mine looks more oblong than circular.
I was able to get my McKenna to get her hair as shown on the card, but I had to use several bobby pins to deal with the flyaways from the bun, since McKenna doesn't quite have enough hair to fill out the hairstyle. It took a lot of effort and I cannot see a child getting the hair looking like it does on the card.
