Isabelle's Metallic Dress - $34 Item# F7333 Isabelle has an eye for design—she loves the gold mesh and sequins on this dress! Isabelle adds purple tights, a faux-leather belt, and coral ballet flats with bows at the toes to create an outfit that's truly unique.
I purchased Isabelle's Metallic Dress at AGP DC around 10:30am on January 1.
Dress: B- Pros: Very cute style, soft fabric, cool square sequins. Cons: Bland oatmeal color, rather random sequins on the hem, the overlay hangs a bit strangely sometimes.
The overlay is sewed to the underdress at the shoulder:
Fabric with overlay:
Underdress is a heathered oatmeal color:
Tights: A Pros: Pretty standard, pretty color. Cons: none really.
Shoes: A Pros: Cute, pretty color, easy to get on, again pretty standard. Cons: none really.
Belt: B- Pros: Cute, really adds to the dress, love that it has two strands, makes it a bit unique. Cons: Hard to get on, I don't think it will stand up to much continuous play. The end of the belt feels like it will start to fray and come apart.
Overall: B Actually makes a pretty cute ensemble, though I'm not fond of the oatmeal color. The belt is adorable but not very sturdy. The shoes are pretty versatile. Not terrible but not amazing. A bit pricey for what you get.

I agree that the little belt is hard to get on and probably will fray at the ends from wear and tear of putting it through the buckle.
But this outfit is SO SPARKLY!! Even the oatmeal/heather dress has a thread of gold woven throughout it!
I love this Dress and especially pairing it with some of her other sparkly accessories: The golden-sparkle headband from the Dance Case The golden purse from her Accessories The silver-sparkle leg warmers from the Legwarmers Set Her golden-sparkle Meet Outfit shoes
The rest of the outfit is great too. The purple foot-less tights are great and easy to put on and the coral bow shoes exactly match the belt. Over-all it's a beautiful outfit for Isabelle and one she could wear out-and-about and not necessarily to dance class like all of her other outfits. Grade A+

I also love this dress on Isabelle - I think the sparkly gold is gorgeous with her hair. This is another outfit that just looks better in person - or in non-AG photography!

I bought this dress for Kaya. It is a bit difficult to get the belt through the tiny buckle, and it does seem that the end may fray over time. I love the bright shoes, and the tights are soft, but won't get used often. The dress is nice and casual. The sequins save it from being too bland. It is a nice basic that you can dress up or down with shoes and accessories. Below is a picture of Kaya wearing the dress with her own belt and shoes. www.flickr.com/photos/83807605@N04/13491334154/

Someone posted in the General Discussion board that they had removed the overlay of this dress. I cannot find the original post, but am hoping they check in to the reviews and add a picture (or if anyone else has done this, please share!).

Here is a very quick picture of Donna wearing the version that was sold on Cyber Monday '15. It's missing the overlay and the sequins along the bottom, and there is no "Isabelle" tag to be found. I think it's a darling little neutral dress.

Such a cute dress and so sparkly. I love that the sparkle is gold instead of the typical silver. It looks stunning on blondes.
