*Addy's Meet Outfit is worn by her in all of her 6 core books as well as many of her short stories* * An old-fashioned striped dress in cinnamon pink * Stretchy black stockings, drawers, and cap-toed boots * a silky blue ribbon, showing off her golden earrings This outfit is so very important in all of Addy's story. She wears it most of the time and my Addy does so as well. The dress is a soft, cinnamon pink cotton with small white vertical stripes. The back closes with velcro. It has ten small white buttons (for show) down the front. The long sleeves also have velcro at the cuffs. The drawers are white cotton with elastic in the back of the waist. They have a bit of lace trimming the bottom edges. The black stockings are cotton/spandex blend and of a medium texture. They do not snag very easily and pull up and stay up just past her knees. Her meet boots are so versatile that my Addy wears them with everything else as well. They are an imitation leather upper with a leather-like soul and real shoe strings. Her hair ribbon is dark blue satin. It measures 1/4" wide x 14" long. Addy's meet outfit is perfect for her. A must have. Grade A+ Addy's meet outfit Addy's meet drawers Addy's meet stockings Addy's meet boots Addy's meet hair ribbon

This dress is REALLY great quality. It is so thick and beautiful. I love the bright pink color on Addy. It looks amazing. Her shoes are great because they go with everything and I love the stockings and drawers! This outfit is really great and is one of my favorite meet outfits ever!

I found my Addy in a Goodwill today and she was missing her drawers and stockings; however, her dress and boots were in excellent condition (I cannot say the same for her hair . Her dress is made of super-soft pink cotton with the white stripes woven in. It has velcro at the sleeve ends (I was surprised at that, because this dress has no cuffs). Mine has a label that says "Made in China for Pleasant Company, 1993". The dress is excellent quality. However, as a living historian, I have to say I'm a bit disappointed that they put buttons up the front of her dress. Girls didn't wear front-fastening dresses until they reached the later teen years, because front-fastenings were a sign of adult clothing. So the historical inaccuracy docks this dress to an A-. The boots are wonderful. They're made of what feels like real leather, with thin soles and soft shoestrings. The ones that came with mine look brand-new, even after all these years. A+

I love Addy's Meet dress, both the prototype and this one:
