This item was released in 2005 and retired with archival in 2010.Green velveteen cloak has a roomy hood and a hook closure underneath the bow.
Elizabeth's cloak (actually, her entire holiday outfit) is not an outfit I planned on buying, but I got it as a gift, and found that I liked it in person way more than on the web site. It's one of my favorites now! It's pretty and soft - looks like it would be quite warm! - and nicely constructed. It closes with a hook and eye at the neck, which seems to work out just fine (and means the little gold decorative ribbon at the neck stays "perfectly tied" all the time!) My Elizabeth enjoys wearing her cloak very much! (Note: I'll try to add pictures of Elizabeth modeling the cloak in the future. I took a bunch this morning, but they all came out too dark!) mod edit to remove broken image links

Elizabeth's Quilted Cloak is good quality & is made of a velvet-y fabric w/ satin trim around the edges, with a gold bow at the collar. It fastens w/ a hook and eye closure and stays fastened well. The cloak protects doll hair as well.
Grade A
Sorry no pictures; I don't know how to insert them.

Elizabeth's Quilted Cloak is very good quality - better than I expected, given that Felicity's Cardinal Cloak is made of felt. It is a rich emerald color, and the texture of the fabric is similar to velvet. The satin trim is a lovely touch, as is the gold ribbon (which makes it a perfect accompaniment to her holiday dress). I like that it has a hidden clasp closure, that way you don't have to use the ribbon and thus wear it out. This gets an A from me!
