Fair Isle Dress Outfit & Book (2008- 2010)

This is the first BT outfit I've gotten so I'm unsure how it compares to other BT outfits, but I'll do my best at reviewing it. I don't have the boy's outfit, just the dress.
Your girl can dress her Bitty Twin for a snowy day in this outfit:
The dress is cute. It's a nice thick knit. Not sure whether it's real wool or not, sorry wool allergy sufferers, though I don't think it is. I did notice the velcro has a tendency to snag on the dress if you're not careful, and I could foresee your three year old not being careful.
The boots are pretty unexciting, just soft and squishy, and a solid color.
The scarf was disappointing; it's actually sewed in front and it velcros in back:
This kind of limits play for us adult collectors, but it's probably easier for a kid to manage.
