All of the pieces seem really well made. The shirt has ruffles and and embroidered flowers and a key hole. The pants are like sweats, really soft. The shoes are corduroy with a velvet bow. The hat is adorable on the early bitty twin girls. Great colors. I would dress my daughter in a matching outfit. My favorite outfit so far for any Bitty.

Schooltime Pants Outfit (2006-2008)
I really liked these outfits in the AG stock photos and was equally impressed with the sets in person. Both schooltime sets have lots of pieces that mix-and-match well with each other. The pieces also mix-and-match well with a variety of other JLY and Bitty Baby items. It’s a really nice basic set.
According to the AG Description:
For less dressy days, pair this ruffled peasant top with matching magenta pants. Crocheted hat features a flower appliqué. Coral-colored corduroy shoes have sweet magenta bows. Also includes the Bitty Twins Go to School book, with tips on preparing for preschool.
Blouse: The cotton blouse has a Velcro closure in the back. It fits both the Bitty and 18” dolls, but the sleeves are a little short on the full-sized dolls.
The knit pants have flower appliqués near the V-shaped slits on the pant legs and an elastic waist. The pants fit both the Bitty and 18” dolls, but the pants are a tiny bit short on the full-sized dolls.
The hat is well made and I prefer it to Julie’s. The flower appliqué that matches the ones on the pants, the other schooltime top, and the schooltime skirt adds a nice touch. The hat fits well on the Bitty Twins and the 18” dolls, but is a little large for the Bitty Babies since they don’t have wigs.
The corduroy slip-on shoes have hard soles and purple velvet bows. The shoes fit easily on the Bitty and 18” dolls.
The book is about the Bitty Twins going to preschool. We usually don’t read the books more than once and I doubt it’ll get much use. There are parenting tips in the back about helping children adjust to preschool, but they’re nothing earth-shattering.
This outfit belongs to a friend of mine, and modeling it is Laura, her Samantha. This outfit is cute on Bitties, but it looks just as nice on the 18 inch girls. I love the way the blouse looks. The color and detailing on it is very nice. I feel that the hat is a very nice addition to the outfit. The pants definitely look better on Bitties, but they look decent enough as capris on the bigger girls. Overall grade: A+
