My daughter LOVES these. They are very soft, and fit my slim daughter well. She is a 7 slim, and I got the size small (7/8). I don't know how they would fit an average child, but if your daughter is at all stocky, I would go up a size. These fit DD well, and she isn't spending her time hiking the pants up.
I also felt they were much cuter in person than it shows in the catalog. The top is more blue than it looks in the picture. I hesitate to get them, but now I know it was a good decision!

Adorable!!! I bought these and the matching doll pjs for my 11 year old Daughter's slumber party and she loves them! Very comfortable to wear and well made. The AG Customer Service Rep did mention that they do seem to run a bit small - so I sized up to the XL. The tunic is a little long, but it's fine as a nightshirt. A+!!!!!!  |

I got these for myself! I am 5 feet 5 inches and wear adult medium tops and adult size 10 pants, and the girl's XL fits me perfect! The quality is great, but the pants are a wee bit see through. I can see the pattern on my undies through the bottoms, but the tunic is long enough to hide that. The top is not at all see through. They are very soft and cozy!

I love them! I also ordered them for myself, size XL. I'm about 5'3" and 90lbs and the top is a little long and the bottoms fit more like pants than leggings, but they're so soft and comfy. I don't know how they'll stand up in the wash, some people reported pilling, but they're so cute.
UPDATE: After several washes, pilling has started to occur. It's not noticeable from a far, but when you touch them, you can feel the little "balls" on them. They remain soft and one of my favorites, though!
