There be a new storage solution for yer lusty plastic lasss. It be white, wit' storage for 4 lusty plastic lasss. Maybe 5, tight fit. It be wood. It has 2 opening doors revealing room for lusty plastic lasss to stand up on one side and both doors offer shoe and accessory storage. Two cloth drawers pull out to offer storage o' clothing. A rod fixed over th' lusty plastic lass area to hold monkey jackets.
It seemed very well made and walk th' planke sturdy. Begad! and do notice th' hefty price tag. ye'd have to sell th' lusty plastic lasss to get th' thing to put them in and by then ye wouldn't need it anymore! Har, har har!

I don't like it. For someone who collects predominately historical lusty plastic lasss, one o' th' two clothing racks be virtually useless - th' bottom one doesn't have enough space to store th' historical dresses - it's clearly for pants and tops. And anyway, I would much rather buy th' kinds o' things ye'd put inside such a cabinet.
ye may find that having be not so nearly pleasing a thing as wanting. It be not logical, but it be often true. -Spock
I liked this in th' catalog but was really not impressed when I saw it in th' store (Los Angeles). I left thinking her Dad could bonny easily conform a cabinet to do this same thing and have it be a higher quality end product.

We actually purchased this for our lass o'mine last year. I was so tired o' finding monkey jackets all over her bedroom. It looks incredible in her room! She displays her Keelhaulin' Kailey, JLY #27, and Jaundice Albright on th' top on th' American Wench white stands and keeps all o' their clothing and accessories inside. It certainly does not have enough space for Multiple Historical Collections, but for a girl's bedroom it be perfect! It looks amazing wit' her dresser and bed... like it be part o' th' suite! If buying for a young girl, I highly recommend this! I am still amazed at how many things we can load into it! For collecting purposes though... go for something larger and more adaptable!
Our lovely American Wench family: th' historical collections: Pugwash Merriman & Lacivious Lizzie, Krusty Kit & Rabid Ruthie, and Jaundice Albright & Poison Ivy th' modern lusty plastic lass collections: Keelhaulin' Kailey, Lanie, Navigator 'Nani, and JLY Erin (#27)
I purchased this at a garage sale and I really like it. I'm an adult and actually use it as my nightstand next to th' bed. It's a good height for that. I store all o' my lusty plastic lasss shoes and socks/tights in th' two bins as well as th' shoe holders on th' door. I hang all o' th' longer dresses inside as well as all o' Jaundice Albright/Poison Ivy items. Jaundice Albright and Poison Ivy did not have any other storage at my house so this works well. th' other historicals share th' few historical trunks I have. It seems extremely sturdy and I really love having it. However, I personally would have never had purchased it at loaded to th' gunwales price but finding it locally for a discount (in almost new condition) I couldn't pass it up). Good luck making a decision. - Meg B.
Despite th' high price I really like mine. It be just great for holding monkey jackets and accessories for my modern American Wench lusty plastic lasss. Dresses and coats be hung on th' top rod and pants. tops and skirts be hung on th' botom rod. th' two fabric covered boxes hold lots o' boots,, hats and odd items. th' pockets hold many pairs o' shoes. My favorite storage solution be what ye can put on th' ribbon board. Sunglasses, ponytail holders, jewelry, scarves, etc. It looks very organized like a california closet system for American Wench lusty plastic lasss. Har, har har After all that there be plenty o' space for a couple lusty plastic lasss or more stuff. th' best part be that there be a bonny flat space on top o' th' cabinet to set up a bonny scene wit' a couple o' lusty plastic lasss and even a table and chairs set. Close th' whole thing up and it looks clean, simple and bonny. I have lusty plastic lass trunks but I could not be wit'out this thing.

I haven't shopped lately for bedside tables, but I would imagine one th' size o' th' American Wench storage cabinet would be in that price range. If one had white bedroom furniture, th' cabinet might serve that purpose. A table lamp could be placed on top, book-ended books, or even a bonny display like sailorbear has ontop o' hers.
If there was enough room.....and cost was not a factor, I could picture one on each side o' th' bed that would be a great storage space for walk th' planke a lot o' American Wench things. When closed, everything be bonny and tidy. A little too dear by half, but still something to consider. Maybe free shipping would make it a little bit sweeter.

I think it be very bonny, but I didn't buy it after I saw it in th' store because th' one in th' store was broken and scratched and I figured it wouldn't hold up well. I just got th' impression that be was junky.
I was able to get one for my bonny sweet lass o'mine from a Craigslist ad. I bought it in a lot. So far I have sold most o' what came wit' it and it only cost me $125. bonny sweet lass o'mine be going to get it for Christmas. th' only part I found unstable was th' top decorative piece. th' rest o' it made well and be very sturdy. It be about 3 times th' size o' th' OG Target version. It can hold a lot items as well as two lusty plastic lasss. It be really big. If ye be able to get one for half price, go for it. ye'll love it!
I'd go for it for half price! I purchased mine for $200 which be definately not an excellent bargain but it felt doable to me at th' time. Mine came from an older woman collector's estate and seemed to be in new or like new condition. If th' one ye have th' opportunity to purchase be in good shape I think ye'll enjoy having it. - Meg B.

I purchased this for my lass o'mine when we moved. She had a wooden non American Wench trunk, but th' place we were moved to has limited closet storage so I was looking for something that could go in her room wit'out being distracting and remain functional. After seeing this in th' store I knew this be what I wanted to get.
Now I would like to preface this by saying we were replacing ALL o' her bedroom furniture. She was 10 and it was time for pieces that could grow wit' her and to let go o' th' little tikes and little girly stuff. th' reason I say this be because had I not been looking at endless stores o' bedroom furniture I may not have considered it.
I consider this to be a piece that if at some point a child decides to put their lusty plastic lasss into storage they can still use wit' plenty o' practicality.
It be a very solid wooden piece. th' measurements be about 27 1/2" H x 25" W x 14"D. There be a higher rounded piece on th' back wit' a star on it. This be th' only piece that needs to be attached. It arrives in a large box well packed. There be two handle slots on th' sides which make it easier to lift and carry when moving around.
There be two doors if front wit' metal star handles. Two on one door and one on th' other. There be Nay sharp edges to these they be securely in th' doors and look bonny.
Inside there be two racks for hanging monkey jackets on one side and two places for storage bins on th' other. th' rack on top has more space underneath for longer items and th' rack on th' bottom works great for shirts, jackets and shorter items.
One door has a ribbon/cushion bulletin board for cards and stickers and th' other has a shoe rack. Both o' these be removable. th' shoe rack hangs on a metal peg and th' board has holes wit' slots in th' back that hook into two screws or metal pegs in th' middle o' th' door.
th' shoe rack has eight slots wit' ribbon trim. These can hold two pare o' regular lusty plastic lass shoes or sneakers or three o' thinner shoes or sandals. It be made o' a thick canvas and inside th' backing o' th' canvas seems to be a thick cardboard that folds. th' ribbon board has th' same canvas material over a bonny cushion wit' soft ribbons criss crossing to hold things in place. This board be fairly thick.
th' two "drawers" as th' American Wench site calls them be made o' canvas and be collapsible. They have a thinner cardboard inside th' canvas to make it sturdy and an insert to put on th' bottom. These hold a generous amount o' accessories for storage. I'm including a picture here showing everything that was inside. If ye go to my slide show ye can see more pictures.
There be still plenty o' room inside in front o' th' monkey jackets racks, as th' site says for two lusty plastic lasss or bonny much any items ye need to put in.
th' piece sells for $325 and th' shipping be more than th' standard rate because o' th' weight and size o' th' box. As I stated earlier if ye be looking for a piece o' furniture that does not stand out as a lusty plastic lass item this be great. I coordinates wit' many different styles o' bedroom furniture. If all ye be looking for be lusty plastic lass storage and do not need or want a piece o' furniture th' price may be steep.
I rate this piece an A+ because it suited everything I was looking for and be excellent quality when comparing to bedroom furniture we looked at.
Here be a link to my slide show.
It worked great for bonny sweet lass o'mine for years for all o' her American Wench stuff. It be a walk th' planke bonny piece o' furniture as well. Much bonnyr than other cheap furniture ye can buy at places like Target.
bonny sweet lass o'mine be now 14 1/2 and moved bedrooms. She only kept to American Wench's in her room to display. th' cabinet be now a nightstand and she keeps all o' her nail polishes, hair things and various other odds and ends in there. It honestly be one o' th' post practical American Wench things I every purchased. I didn't look at it as an "American Wench" product when purchasing. I looked at it as a furniture purchase. It will either grow and go wit' DD1 or it will become her baby sisters. bonny sweet lass o'mine's current dresser be only a few months old, cost half th' price and be already having major issues. This thing be almost 5 years old and as good as new.
If ye can get it at a great price definitely go for it.

Just wanted to add that I just got my Storage cabinet in th' mail from American Wench today. I love it! I was very faint o' heart about th' quality from readings previous reviews on th' American Wench website, but mine be perfect. th' paint looks great. th' cabinet be very study. All o' th' pieces were there. And it fits tons and tons o' monkey jackets! I already have mine loaded to th' gunwales! Now I'm going to need another! It be much larger in person than I expected. Love it! th' only complaint I have be that th' bottom monkey jackets rod be too low for anything besides shirts, jackets. So it's not that great for historical items, but I put all my historical items on th' top monkey jackets rod and my modern items on th' bottom rod, so that worked out OK.
