Mini Felicity (Pre-Mattel) in Rose Garden dress Here's my 90s Felicity. (I got the PM version because to me, Felicity's Rose Garden Gown will always be her meet outfit.) She's perfectly cute and all, but mine has an odd curl to her pony tail. It's hard to see in the photo, but it's just one big curl to the right. I'm afraid to take it down and fix it, because I may never get that pony tail up right again. Also, her dress looks too big! I'm glad to have her, but I think she's one of the weaker ones in the Mini Doll collection.

Mini Felicity (Mattel) in Rose Garden dress I have both Mini Felicity PC and Mini Felicity Mattel (retired) Of course, the Mini Felicity Mattel is still the same as the current Mini-doll, but she's wearing her old meet outfit. Mattel Mini Felicity comes wearing a tiny shift under her tiny meet dress. She has little woolen socks and cute tiny black buckle shoes (easy to loose) Her dress has a different print than the PC meet dress, but it's still lovely. Her shift is so small and tight (no velcro in the back or anything) that it's hard to take off of her head! Her shoes are black imitation leather and are a bit big for her, so they fall off a lot. The socks look just like big Felicity's meet socks only small. Her hair is tied back with a small cream colored ribbon that is permanently in a tied position, so that if you take it off, you can't put it back on! Also her hair is rooted (Pleasant Co. Felicity has a wig.) Here is a picture comparing the glass eyed (PC version) to the current looking doll: Pleasant Company - glass eyed Felicity / Mattel Retired Meet Dress - painted eyes FelicityNotice the difference in her gown print? Her hair is just a bit darker too. Over all Mini Felicity still gets a Grade A.

Mini Felicity (Mattel) in Rose Garden dress
She is so cute! I also have the big dress and the material is exactly the same! Her shoes are so cute, but they fall off easily. I think that's the only con with this adorable doll. A+!

Mini Felicity (Mattel) in Rose Garden dress Mattel Mini Felicity is a cute little thing! She was my second mini doll--for Christmas 2002 or 2003, I think. My mom actually got her from Hallmark, when AG items were still sold there. I love the doll except that her pin-curls have really gotten messy. They were never as gelled-down or well-formed as the current Mini Felicity and Elizabeth dolls. My mom has a newer one with the lavender traveling gown, and her pin-curls are a lot stiffer and neater than my doll's ever were. My Mini Elizabeth still has her perfect pin-curls, but Mini Lissie? Just a few scraggly things where pin-curls should be. My doll also has one leg longer than the other, so she can't stand up as well, but I love her despite her imperfections. The miniature Rose Garden dress is adorable, as are the shoes. I take the shoes off a lot, though, when I want to travel with the doll. They come off super easily and would probably get lost if I wasn't careful. Grade: A (Note: Cape and necklace are handmade.)
