This set was released near Felicity's debut and was retired in 2007. It's associated with the book, Changes for Felicity.
PC description: In wintry weather, make sure Felicity uses her embroidered muff of eggshell white satin and wears her soft leather mitts. If it's muddy and slushy outside, tie Felicity's pattens to her shoes so her feet will stay out of puddles!
I have the PM version of this set and it is made from very high quality materials. The muff feels like satin and is trimmed with blue ribbon to match Felicity's Christmas gown. It is thick and puffy and feels warm. The drawback is, Felicity's arms don't actually bend to tuck her hands inside. The mits are marked left and right and feel like real leather. They have a pretty design printed on them but it looks nice. The pattens are made from real wood and metal and they seem like ice skates without blades. Grade: A

I just ordered these when they were on sale in December, and I love the set! They seem to be almost exactly like your PM ones. The muff is very nice, although the mitts may not be the same material anymore. But the pattens are still made of wood and metal. Very nice accessory set!

The mitts are now made from pleather instead of soft leather. Everything else looks the same and exceptional quality.

The muff: This is a wonderful piece. It matches Felicity's Christmas gown perfectly, and, as mentioned above is of very high quality. I'm a sucker for things that are actually embroidered and not screen printed. It is unfortunate that Felicity isn't built so she can wear this properly, but it's no fault of the muff's. A+The mitts: I have the Mattel pleather version, and I have to say meh. They are embroidered, so points for that, but the pleather looks and feels cheap. These are basically just little tubes that go around Felicity's arms. They velcro closed and are helpfully labeled left and right. They do not close tight enough for my Felicity and keep trying to slide down her arm. C +. The + is for the embroidery, and the C is for everything else The pattens: Yeah, they're cool looking, but they're also pretty useless. They slide all around and fall off her shoes if you try to move her in them. If your doll is tightly strung, she can stand in them on a solid surface if you arrange her just right, but it's very unstable. Forget trying to stand her on carpet. C-I do not think this set is worth the $20 that was its original price, but the $10 it's going for now is a pretty good deal.

I have the PM version of these accessories.
The muff is adorable and oh so plush! It has lovely embroidery and satin ribbons. I love that it has elastic to make it stay on one hand, though I would have loved it to be a bit longer so Felicity could fit both of her hands inside! Either way, it is super cute.
The mitts are made of a supersoft leather with embroidering on it... so cute! They mold to her arms beautifully! I'm sad to hear that Mattel replaced them with a cheap pleather... I can see from the photos that the new ones just don't look as nice as mine do (not that I have a great shot of them to show you or anything, just Felicity in her winter ensemble with them on.
The pattens are made out of wood and metal. They're really cute looking, but they fall off her shoes ALL THE TIME. I only put them on when Felicity is steadied with a doll stand, otherwise, there's really no point in trying to play with them.

I recieved the PM version of the muff in a lot that included Felicity's Christmas Gown and Red cloak. I love it. So detailed and pretty and it looks great with her dress and cloak.
I do not have the other things in this set. Maybe I can acquire them someday.

I just acquired the pm version of these for dd's Felicity. It is a darling set. We have the leather mitts and they are beautiful. I tied the pattens around Felicity's ankles so they would stay on better for dd's play. It may not be historically accurate, but it works. The most frustrating thing for dd is the muff. She kept trying to get both of Felicity's hands in, but it just won't work as others have noted. It is a very pretty and high quality piece.

Mitts: A+These are made of faux leather with red embroidery. They match the cardinal cloak well. They open fully with Velcro and are very easy to put on the doll. Helpfully, the Mattel version has labels sewn in to tell you which arm each one goes on. Thanks, AG! The mitts go from Marya’s elbow to just over her middle finger and look like they’d do the job of keeping at least her arms and wrists warm. One of mine is looking a little lopsided and folded. Possibly the most useful labels that AG has ever included! Keeping Marya's arm and wrist warm, if not her fingers. Pattens: A-When I was a kid, I was always confused when I saw these in the catalogue. They’re basically flat wooden bases with metal rings bolted to the bottom to give them some lift and leather straps that tie over the doll’s shoe. As an adult, I get the purpose of these: to keep Felicity’s (or Marya’s) lovely gowns and cloak out of the snow and slush. They’re still weird…though I appreciate AG’s inclusion of this bizarre historical footwear! As play items, others have described these as frustrating…and I agree. I haven’t attempted to really “play” with them, but even displaying them is proving to be a challenge. Your doll better be perfectly balanced with tight limbs or she’s going backwards or face down into the floor. Ouch! I wonder if walking in these was equally difficult… Keeping Marya's hem off the ground. Good Value?I don’t have the muff (if anyone’s looking to get rid of one, give me a shout!), so I’m not bothered to have paid something under $10 for what I do have. They came as part of a large lot. AG sold the set for first $16 and later $20. I don’t see this set on the secondary market all that often, now that I think about it, so I’m willing to bet that it goes for a bit when it does show up complete. If you enjoy AG’s stranger historical sets, it’s worth looking for because the pattens definitely elevate it to strange. If you want something to play with, maybe give it a pass. Overall: ADespite the issues with the pattens, I really like the pieces of the set that I have. As a kid, I had zero interest in these pieces, but I now appreciate them as part of early AG’s dedication to producing historically accurate sets as a way to educate children. They’re a fun part of Felicity’s collection and I love how weird and unique both of the pieces I have are. Not a must have by any means, but if you want a more obscure part of Felicity’s collection, these are what you’re looking for. Tottering through the snow with dry hems and warm arms. If only she knew that she was seconds away from tipping forward...

The muff is a beautiful eggshell satin and has sweet embroidery that always reminds me of blueberries. The leather mitts are very soft. The pattens are historical accurate and a welcome addition.
