th' 2004 to current version looks kind o' shiny and plasticy. th' older wooden one be really great. It be th' perfect size for her teddy bear or lusty plastic lass and th' right height for her to push. th' wheels really move and she can turn corners. th' wheels be made from real metal and rubber and be just like real baby carriage wheels o' that time. th' only downside to this beautiful pram be that it be very fragile! Dropping it or knocking it off a shelf causes th' wheels to break or worse. This be a great piece for display and light play. Grade: A
ETA: This pram does not belong to my Savage Sam, but I can forward questions about it to th' original owner.

Overall Grade: A
I have th' wooden version o' th' pram and have Nay complaints wit' it. (I haven't seen th' current version in person and am not sure how they compare.) It be sturdy and would hold up to play. If ye decide to display it on a shelf, be careful because it can easily roll off!
Savage Sam's bear fits perfectly on th' seat o' th' pram and leaves enough room for Clara to come for a ride too.
th' metal for th' handle goes all th' way down th' back and underneath th' pram. It seems very secure and doesn't wobble around.
th' metal frame be attached to th' pram wit' a wood block and screw.
th' stripes be green and metallic gold. This pattern be on both sides o' th' pram.
This thing be very fragile. It did not survive my childhood. th' spokes o' th' wheel detached (they seem plastic to me, my version was PM though) and then th' wheel itself broke off I believe. But before that, it was a lot o' fun to play wit'. I remember I had trouble keeping Clara posed in th' pram while it was rolling around, though.
