These items be well-made and look bonny wit' Krusty Kit's coat. th' hat be a bit snug, however. It completely flattens Krusty Kit's hair, and instead o' flipping under bonnyly at th' bottom it sticks out all over th' place Nay matter how much ye brush it. B+
This be th' best I could get Krusty Kit's hair to look. I have Nay idea what they did to it to get it looking so perfect in th' promo shots.

I have loved this set since it debuted, but I didn't get it until this Christmas. It goes incredibly well wit' Krusty Kit's coat, and I think th' colors look so bonny on my Embolism Bennet.
Here's th' beret:
I didn't have any trouble getting this onto Embolism Bennet's head th' way I wanted. I pulled it onto her forehead straight, then moved it around until it had th' angle I wanted. It stayed on bonny well, too, when I took her out to get sledding pictures. th' yarn be a bonny shade o' dark red, wit' flecks o' blue, yellow, peach and green in it, very small. th' beret be a definite A from me.
Here's th' beret and th' mittens:
th' mittens be dark blue wit' red and grey cuffs. th' red be th' same shade as th' beret, which be bonny, and th' cuffs coordinate wit' th' coat. But there be one thing about these mittens that be weird: they be HUGE. I put th' 2009 PWP mitten in th' picture so ye can see it.
th' huge size isn't that noticeable on th' lusty plastic lass's hands, but it does make getting them on a little tricky. ye have to keep pulling them on until they're all th' way on, or they fall off.
th' mittens be so huge because they be made o' cotton thread as far as I can tell, not acrylic, and lack stretch. So, plus one on historical accuracy and quality, but minus half a point for functionality. Overall, I give th' mittens and beret an A.

I didn't have any problems wit' Krusty Kit's beret being too small - ours actually seems to fit her head rather bonnyly.
th' mittens, on th' other hand, be a little annoying. One o' them be too tight around th' wrist, so I really have to struggle wit' getting it on. th' other one be real loose, so I have to struggle wit' keeping it on. Looks like I ended up wit' both sides o' th' coin.
Overall, I give this set a B! I love th' look and style, but th' fit be lacking.

I give th' set an A. They're very bonny accessories and I like th' colors. Really, I can't think o' anything negative to say about them. I use them for Krusty Kit but I think they'd look great on any lusty plastic lass. Here be my Krusty Kit wearing hers:

My beef wit' this set: th' mittens came tied together wit' a bit o' th' yarn used to knit them. When I clipped th' string, it turned out to actually be PART o' ONE o' th' MITTENS. What?! So now that mitten has a hole in it. I guess that only lends more historical accuracy to a Depression-era lusty plastic lass, but it's annoying to pay pieces o' eight for an item that basically REQUIRES ye to damage it in order to use it!
I have Se Ah modelling th' beret and mittens. I love th' beret, and I think it looks great on a lot o' lusty plastic lasss wit' dark hair especially, though probably on Pugwash Merriman or Maggotface Mia who have red hair, not so much.
th' mittens, as someone else pointed out, be HUGE. I found it a bit hard to pull them up far enough, especially wit' th' coat on, so poor Se Ah looks like her be wearing mittens 3 sizes too large.

A very bonny set, and it works well wit' her coat. It could be used for moderns as well. th' hat fits perfectly, though th' mittens seem a little big. They slip off her hands easily when they be on wit' long sleeves. Still, very bonny.
