(this doll was retired/revised in 2013) She is really adorable! I love the color of her eyes! And her hair! A+! If you are considering getting a Bitty, get this one! Here is a pic of her, there will be more to come! I just love this pic of her! Isn't she adorable? =)

DD has her too, this was our intro to AG! Only our's is named... originaly enough... Bitty! Of course, she could use a new head right about now, with all the scuff marks and kitty claw marks. But we love her!! I absolutely love this Bitty most of all, because the lighter hair doesn't show imperfections the way I've seen on the darker hair Bittys.

I just bought my BB today at a local consignments. She is sweet! I named her Kalina and her nickname is Kitty. But I can't tell if she is an early BB. She says Pleasant Company on her neck and then 14. Blonde I mean really blonde eyelashes but they say if her palms face up when laying down she is ONB and mine doesn't do that. I think she is an early BB. She is a silver eye victim but I love her! A++++!

I have two of these BBs--one from a thrift store, and one from the catalog. I noticed they both have scuff marks on the head-it shows up in the hair. Anyway, aside from that, these are the most adorable baby dolls on the market. Made very realistically, with bent legs and chubby cheeks and those little puffs babies have over their eyes....so cute!!

I ordered the blond Bitty Baby online in summer 2006 when I ordered #23. I just the love the purple sleeper and the cute face! Mine has black, hard eyelashes, but I saw a girl's bitty who just got one this past Christmas, and hers has blond lashes more similar to ONB, though not exactly the same.

When I first got into AG, I fell in love with this doll but never got her. Then, when I ordered Kaya in Feb. 2006, I finally ordered a bitty, too-my Hannah Olivia! She is so pretty and adorable; soft and cuddly! Hannah has the blondish, hard eyelashes and I wish they'd use it for some of the 18" dolls.

My new pre-loved Bitty. I love her eye color! She doesn't have a name yet, but I'm leaning toward Abbie.

This is our thrift store Bitty...no clue how "aged" she is...(s)he has red/blonde hair and has soft red/blonde eyelashes...although her previous Mommy must have been a cosmetic surgeon because she gave Bitty a black permanent marker belly button.

My very first doll was the blond bitty baby! I named her Helina Grace and I still love her. I highly recommend bitties to beginner collectors. Some of my favorite outfits for Helina are the Circus Set, the Birthday set, the Snowflake set, the Easter set and the Beach set. I really want matching Sweet Scarlet outfits for her and my other Bitty, Sarah.

PM Bitty Baby with her blond halo of lashes! I was worried about her falling short of my expectations upon arrival, but I totally love her! There isn't anything coming to mind that I don't like about her, other than that she doesn't always photograph as perfectly adorable as she really is. Sometimes, her blond eyelashes even look like black Mattel ones in photos, depending on the photo! PM Bitty Baby's coloring is very natural but still rosy in a baby way. It's enough to be evident but not too painted, and the color is completely natural for humans. If you're hesitating about getting a Bitty Baby like I was, don't be afraid to go for one (a PM one in my opinion !

This is the only Bitty Baby doll to make it into my family (: Me, my grandmother, and my little cousin all have this Bitty. She also introduced me to AG (: Love her to pieces! I got her for my third birthday... My mom says we just called her 'expensive baby' for a while And then supposedly I woke up one day and decided her name was Julie, with, according to my mother, no reasoning at all. And Julie is all I remember her being (: The other girls of the family are Margie (a favorite name of my Grandma's) and Elizabeth (little cousins middle name). I'll never be able to get another Bitty... Julie's just way too special. I don't like to show favoritism among my girls, but Julie was really the first one, and that just makes her extra special! She's been to the hospital once for her limbs (not from lack of quality - just lots of love!) and her eyes aren't blue anymore (one eye has gone silver, the other is just a greyish color), but that's okay... she's still my little Julie all the same (: I can't bear to send her to the hospital again. Her head is all I have left of my original baby (due to the previous hospital trip) and we can cope with silver eye.

I just got my first Bitty Baby a couple of months ago. Originally I was planning to customize her, by wigging her with a red wig, and calling her a bitty twin. But when she arrived, I couldn't bear to change her, and was totally converted to BB! I can't wait to start accumulating more Bitty stuff (and maybe another doll!) So anyway, onto the review. Overall Grade: A I got Miri from a friend who found her at a yard sale, so I have no idea what era she is from (I need to look into this), but she has blond lashes. Obviously, as others have mentioned, Bitties have some scuffing issues. But honestly, my Miri's head is not that bad, and she is very used. I just love how cuddly she is! Wrap her in a blanket and you're good for the night Also even though I love playing with hair, the fact that bitties don't have any is a plus because they can be taken anywhere and not messed up at all. If you are considering a bitty baby- I say go for it! (This coming from a teenager who carries a baby doll around)

My mom chose this doll for my niece because my mom felt the blond hair would show scuffs less easily than dark hair. Her vinyl is very smooth and I accidentally dropped her and scuffed her head a tiny bit. If you're giving this doll to a child, be aware that it will get scuffed up anyway despite the blond hair. She has a very sweet face. The Bitty we got is a recent one from around 2008-2010. She has lovely peachy skin and her eyes are a nice dark gray/blue color. Her hair color is definitely blond. Her shoulders are huge - she's built like a linebacker and she feels very heavy. She's the right size for a 4 year old to hold but the clothes are still hard to put on and take off. The almost 5 year old reviewer gives baby two thumbs up. The adult reviewers give her an A. Here is baby first known as Tulip. Retired Pleasant Co. Our New Baby on the left with Bitty Baby on the right. Alas, Tulip/Violet/Rosie could not compare to a REAL LIVE baby and an 18" doll. She was only played with for a short amount of time.

My Bitty Baby was my very first doll and I've always loved her very dearly. She's so cute! Getting her for Christmas 2002 was actually one of my earliest memories, my first being moving into our house in October of that year. I also remember laying on my mom and my mom wanting to know what to name her and I said Carol because she was born on Christmas! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants her and can see her on secondary markets. Even though she is a Bitty Baby and doesn't have hair and isn't very poseable and doesn't "do" much, she has SO much personality. I feel as if when you look into her eyes you can almost tell she has so much to say and knows so much even though she is just a baby doll and wouldn't be able to talk yet even if she were real. She's always been the easiest to dress and undress too, because of her flexible torso and lack of hair. She's also lasted perfectly for almost 15 years now, and that's a true testament to the durability of a toy considering some can't even pass 15 months of play without damage.

A friend has this Bitty and I think she is very sweet. The blonde hair and blue eyes are so classic.
