Grade: A I very cute outfit. I like the fact that the overalls snap but have buttons on the front giving the illusion that they are buttoned. The gingham print is very versatile and can be worn year round. I don't care for the molded plastic shoes.

This was my first official Bitty outfit, not to mention my favorite. As I said in another review, I am a sucker for gingham and also overalls of any kind, so I knew I had to bring this home for my ONB (didn't have Bitty at the time). I love everything about it except the embroidered "B" on the front pocket and the plastic shoes...I'm not even sure I know where mine are. I think they are in storage, and as you can see, my babies wear booties with this outfit. Grade: A The outfit also came with six fun blocks, a hat for Bitty Bear, and "Bitty Bear at Play," in addition to being displayed with the Little Red Wagon, which was sold separately.

Adding a couple photos of this outfit, which is one of my all-time favorite Bitty baby sets. I am partial to Bitty outfits that actually look like things I'd have dressed my real babies in, and this one fits that bill perfectly. I also love the little blocks (not pictured) and the twee Bitty Bear hat. My grade is an A- for this outfit. It misses the top grade because of those cheesy white plastic shoes (which I never use) and the big honking "B" on the overalls, which I think we could all do without.

Cute, cute outfit for Bitty! I love the red gingham fabric of the romper and matching hat. The coordinating white blouse has red trim, and looks very sweet with the red gingham romper. I like the plastic Bitty shoes that came with this set. Grade: A

A+!
This outfit is adorable. It looks like something someone would actually put their real baby in. This was my first Bitty outfit too, which makes it extra special. It's held up very well to all the years of play, and I still put Julie into it now.
I love the little heart buttons, and they snap closed underneath to be easy for little ones to use - all the cuteness with easy play.
I also agree the "B" coulda been left off - I get it, and it's cute, but not everyone keeps their Bitty Baby named Bitty Baby! It surely works best with those who have Bitty's with "B" names. A little bear or flower embroidery may have been a better option.
I actually think the shoes are adorable. I have them in two other colors from other outfits and they were a favorite of mine growing up, and were easy for me to put on - and I'm sure my mom was glad to not worry about shoes being lost (which was really important because I took her EVERYWHERE). I think they're great for kids to play with.

I love the red check and the scalloped trim on the hat. Bitty Bear's hat is too sweet. The B on the overalls is annoying, unless your bitty's name also begins with B. B+
