What a great Halloween/make believe set. For her a light purple and blue princess gown, toped off with a light blue princess style Hat and satin slippers can't get the slippers to stay on her feet. For him a light blue prince outfit white shirt, a light blue tunic[vest] light blue pants darker blue then the top, boots[they remind me of Kirsten's met boots] and a crown to top it off. A cute set Give this set A- would have be a A+ but not crazy about the shoes

I also second the girls shoes...boy they don't stay on and could they have been any cheaper looking? I love the outfits though and having the boys white shirt as a separate, makes it very versatile!

I think the boy's outfit is really cute, and my 3-year-old DD has a really easy time with the crown, outfit, and even the shoes (although mom has to tie them.) The girl's outfit, while also adorable, causes DD A LOT of frustration. The shoes never stay on, and we've resorted to using the ballet shoes from the newer ballet outfit. The hat is impossible for even me to get to stay on, let alone a 3 year old. The dress gets snagged on the velcro from DD playing with it, but other than that it's OK. DD LOVES this set, but I wish they would have spent more time having real 3-year-old girls test these out to improve the princess set.

This is a fun set, however the velcro does snag so easily on the dress! I found if you pair the girl's shoes with some socks they stay on much better. I have tried many tricks to keep the girl's hat on however convincing you child the hat is better left off works the best!

I've been meaning to add photos to this thread for ages and am just now getting around to it. My kids dress their twin dolls up in these outfits every Halloween and can honestly say that the pieces have withstood the test of time. I totally agree that the girl shoes are worthless, and her headpiece doesn't stay on so well either. The boy's outfit is adorable, though, and my son has never had any problems with those shoes. Boy outfit: Girl: I can't really reduce the grade all that much because of the shoes; the outfit is too sweet despite that fault. However, I do think that the set is complicated for little hands to play with alone, and so all things considered I have to rate it a B++.

I got this outfit on sale because my Bitty Baby, Julie, insisted she wanted a princess dress. Because I don't have the Bitty Twins, I've never used the prince outfit, but it seems well made and easy to play with (maybe with exception of his little shoes). It's absolutely adorable.
The girls dress is ADORABLE. I love this. I feel like it has 'Rapunzel' written all over it (not Disney Rapunzel, though now that I think about it it's not too terribly off if your little girl loves Tangled). Julie's spent many hours in this dress. She didn't wear the hat much because the strings were a little long and didn't stay on well; I assumed this was because she didn't have hair like the Bitty Twin girls do, and they are who this is intended for. The shoes stay on her pretty well I thought. I haven't lost them and don't remember them ever falling off much.
I do agree though, I don't know how well a small child could use this on their own. I was probably about 11 or 12 when I got this set, so it wasn't an issue for me, but this is focused towards younger girls. I'd give it a B+.
