This sweatsuit is baby blue, It has a zip up sweater, and matching sports pants. These are both lined with flannel or fleece, something like that. The shirt is gray with #7 American Girl Stars written on it in different colors along with some stars. The sneakers are adorable, hot pink Converses. This set also include "favorite animal story" which I enjoyed reading, and 2 hot pink scrunchies. This outfit looks AWESOME on #27 and #24!
I think Lovemydolls covered almost all views with the pictures.
The only view that wasn't covered was the back view of the jacket, which has the American Girl logo screen-printed on it in light blue -- I tried to get a picture of it, but a lack of good lighting, unsteady hands, and lack of knowledge about using 'zoom' properly has stopped me lol.
BWAHAHA! I figured out how to change the setting of the macro on my camera:
I love zip jackets like the one with this outfit, so I see a lot of mix-and-match potential with it. In fact, my #25 is wearing the tanktop, jacket, and shoes with the jeans from the Sparkly Tunic outfit.
I also see the potential for the pants and tanktop to double as sleepwear, since I wear stuff like that to bed all the time.

I wasn't sure I wanted this because I hate the way AG sweatpants fit the dolls and I thought the pink sneakers and the pink on the shirt would be overwhelming. I purchased it for $20 with the February monthly special, though, and I'm quite glad I did.
I LOVE how the set looks with jeans rather than the sweatpants. It's very casual and comfortable and real, and with less of the blue, the colors of the shirt aren't so overwhelming. Also, the grey sneakers look fantastic with this.
It's not as easy to see in photos, but the zipper is kind of bulky and makes the jacket fit oddly when open. Here it is with the pink sneakers. You can see how NOT overwhelming the pink is, nor how matchy-matchy, and it looks nice.
The back of the jacket is a bit odd compared to the rest. The collar is stitched down in the front, but it persists in standing up in the back. The area near the band at the bottom is all puffy and funny, but it's not a big deal. I like how faded the logo is: it's almost unnoticeable. As you can see, the ponytail things are the same color pink as the sneakers. They're kind of small, but easy enough to use. There are two in the packet.
It was kind of difficult to zip the jacket up because it fits small. In fact, it's really tight across the middle! But once zipped, it looks okay. Nice for chilly days, I guess, or if her hotdog dripped on her shirt.
The sneakers are really nice. I didn't need to untie them or anything to get them on, but you might need to do so if you use socks (which aren't included, but I don't think socks are worn with this kind of shoe?). There's a little tab at the back of the heel which is helpful for getting them on. I think the laces are a bit long and unnecessary, honestly.
The pants are the same on either side, except the back is a bit roomier for the bum. The legs are flared a bit at the knee, which is okay, but I'd like if they were wide leg all the way down and more structured. The stripes are the same as on the jacket.
The book features two winning short stories from AG mag about pets.
Overall, I feel this is a good B+. The pants are awful, so they knock off a few points, as does the ill-fitting jacket. The niceness of the overall look with jeans bumps it back up, though. Getting it on sale is worth it.
I was very impressed with this. The tank top is much better quality in person, and the canvas sneakers are very realistic-looking. I don't care much for the jacket, because of the bulky zipper, but I gave it to my sister and she loves it.
The paints are also a gorgeous color and look great with Mia's Practice Outfit.

I got a couple of these when they were on the "going going gone" type sale and I'd say very good value for the money, and I love the track suit itself, as well as the tank top that goes under it. The pieces get an A+ despite the fact that the jacket DOES look odd when worn open due to the zipper.
The thing that bugs me is the shoes; Separately, on their own, they are spectacular. They're adorable, and I love them. But I don't feel they tie in with the outfit AT ALL. They're too bright for the softer colors of the outfit. So as an outfit, it's only a B+ even though I love all the pieces.

Track Suit for Dolls + Book Item# F6744 $26
Running, jumping, hurdling—her American Girl can do it all in this outfit. Suiting up her doll for sports can be lots of fun with this athletic outfit. It features:
A contrast-zipper jacket, a heathered jersey tank, and pull-on pants that feature coordinating sport mesh and satin piping detail, Canvas lace-up sneakers, Two pink ponytail holders.
Also includes the Favorite Pet Stories book, featuring two short stories—one about a girl who may not be ready for the puppy she wants and the other about a girl who is taken on the ride of her life by a wacky aunt and her dog.
My grade is A+ not as an outfit all together, but because of the different ways to use all the pieces. The quality is great and the fabric is excellent. Here's Willow in her favorite outfit (that's Mia's Meet Skirt):

This is one of my favorite outfits AG has made yet. It really fits any dolls personality-from sporty to preppy and I think the outfit has great mix and match potential.
Jacket: First of all, I LOVE the track jacket. It's a simple blue, zip up jacket with the AG logo on the back and the collar is down at the front and up at the back. It feels really soft and it has some mesh material in the front and also tiny pockets on the side (just for decor). The one thing that most dislike about the piece is that the zipper is quite large. I do suppose it looks a tad odd if you want to get technical, but it doesn't bother me at all; considering that I always leave the jacket open anyways.
Pants: The sweatpants match the jacket and has mesh material down the sides of it. It's also cute, fits well, and I use it for many occasions.
Shirt: A gray tank top with "#7 American Girl Stars" printed on it in pink and has two stars sewn also. It's simple enough and you can really use it for anything.
Shoes: My favorite part of the outfit are the hot pink Converse low-top styled shoes. They're adorable (although I don't particularly like using them with this set) and easy to lace (even though it may look loose after they're tied because of their size) but they look great with jeans and longer pants in particular.
Hairbands: As useless as they usually are, I actually really love it when AG puts in little gimmicks such as hairbands and stickers because I do end up using them. They're also hot pink and great for making ponytails.
Book: I loved "Favorite Pet Stories" because the stories are really cute and I was thankful that I've never read them before (I hate getting most mini books because I usually have read it in AG magazine so it wa nice to read one I havent) Grade: A+

Grade - A+++++++
This is one of my favorite AG outfits. The pants and jacket are made of a thin-ish blue fabric that is extremely soft and the shirt is made of thin t-shirt material. They are all great together, as well as great parts to use for different combo's. The shoes are one of my favorite AG items. I have owned human-sized Converse for about three years now, and I am a big fan, so when this outfit came out it immediately came to my house. Overall this is a wonderful outfit and I strongly suggest it as a 'must-have' for anyone who collects Today Girls.
