I give this an A because I think it's quite a nifty little doll accessory.
Here is Kailey trying it out:
If you put the little cord just 'so' between the doll's fingers, she can hold the microphone (more or less) realistically.
Close up of the microphone, which perhaps (if I were being really picky) 'could' be more detailed but I think looks pretty good/realistic as it is:
Front and back of the machine: the mic can be clipped away at the back for storage and the cord neatly winds around...

The Karaoke machine is a battery operated radio but I got mostly static when I tried to tune it in even with the aerial up. Admittedly, I didn't try very hard and I don't know if it makes a difference that I'm in a different country. The 'echo' really works when you sing or speak into the mic.
