The Sweet Treats set is one of our favorites. I got this last year for my daughter along with everything that goes with it. The table and chairs are well made and sturdy, the dolls can sit in it and stay put. I bought the Target OG set previously but returned it once I looked closely at it, does not compare to this AG set. The bakery case is super cute too.

I've got both the Sweet Treats Table and Chairs and bakery case and love them. So does my 5yo daughter! Both are well made and have lots of sentimental play value. DD has the OG table and chairs but broke the table so I had to glue it together - bleh.

I've been meaning to post a review for the Sweet Treats table and chairs, but haven't gotten around to it. The metal scrollwork that is the structure of the chairs is very heavy gauge and won't bend under normal conditions. I've wondered to myself if it would even be possible for me to bend it with my bare hands because it seems too strong to be able to, but I don't want to take a chance. Suffice it to say, they are very sturdy, with nice thick paint and a faux marble top. Dolls sit and stay easily.

We love our Sweet Treats table/chair set and bakery case. It looks as good today as it did a year and a half ago when we bought it from the AG Chicago store. It has taken quite a lot of abuse, since my dd is only five years old, and still rough on her toys. Plus, I caught her 12-year-old brother standing on the case. I couldn't believe it held up to his 120 lbs. When we first got our set, I cut squares of velcro and put them on the back of the runner, so that it would stay attached to the top of the bakery case. I did the same thing with the round pieces of fabric. I think they were meant to be used as doilies inside the case, but they're the perfect size for the chairs. I think they look so cute as seat cushions. I would highly recommend these pieces. My daughter is playing with them at this very moment - except that she has turned them into a hair styling salon. (I guess we should get the "real" salon chair, but this works for now.)

I have the table and it's great quality the chairs don't fall over when the dolls are in them but my dolls don't like to sit in them (slip out of them). I hope that helped!

I am sorry I am feeling too lazy too take extra pictures right now, but will and do an actual review in a day or so...but hope this helps in the mean time. I have it set up as Tyson's Ice cream Parlor for Sam and it gets a lot of play. It is very well made and sturdy. The table is good sized, just a bit smaller than Sam's wicker table. It can be a bit of a challenge to get the dolls to sit in them (as usually) but find it helps to tuck the dolls in tight.

I have the table. I got it out for the first time on Valentine's Day, as a surprise for my daughter. We set it up as Tyson's Ice Cream Parlor. I combined it with another similar table we have (black metal, like the tables/chairs in the Tyson's backdrop from the Scenes & Settings) and the bakery cabinet to make a fun ice cream & treats parlor. I didn't actually put the dolls in the chairs, but my six year old daughter did. They didn't fall out. She might have situated them with a foot on the floor or something, but whatever she did, it worked the first time. I uploaded some pictures in a thread titled something like "Valentine's Day at Tyson's Ice Cream Parlor" (or along those lines, Tyson's definitely was in the thread title) over in the 2010 pictures thread. There are some that show the dolls at that table. i100.photobucket.com/albums/m6/girlwithC/012-2.jpgThe table itself is nice, in terms of size (tabletop.) I was pleased that it easily holds plates, flatware, and there's also room for a small tray of goodies or a few centerpiece items like a vase & napkin holder. We have a mini bud vase & a napkin holder for both tables (like in a parlor), but the Sweet Treats table has a larger top than my other (non-AG) table. I wish it were black instead of pink, but there's nothing wrong with the pink.
