I haven't decided which modern doll in my group gets this outfit.
What you get:
-gown -tiara -shoes -gloves -charm
The gown is made of velour and tulle, with gobs of embroidery on the bodice. It closes in the back with velcro. The bodice is roomy enough that this outfit might fit a PM doll. The color is more of a purple-ish blue.
The gloves are grey and fit Monica perfectly. The tiara is a collective pain in the butt. I had a hard time getting it to fit right on Monica's head and had to adjust the comb part so that it would lie flat. The shoes are slingbacks made of the same color blue as the dress with the same sequin-type design as Chrissa's meet shoes. They have a slight heel to them.
I give this outfit a B+ tops. The dress doesn't lie the way it does in AG's photos, the tiara is a pain and there aren't really that many accessories for this.
The charm that comes with this outfit is the "proud" heart charm.

I swear, the tiara that comes with the Snowflake Ball Gown is the most worthless piece of junk EVER. I have tried it on all of my modern dolls with various updos and it always looks like crap in their hair and won't lay right. I'm seriously thinking of throwing this worthless hunk of junk in the trash. Why can't AG make a USEFUL tiara? I have adjusted it and everything. It is not plastic. It appears to be a piece of very cheap metal. also edited to add: it broke! Oh well. Into the trash it goes.

Yeah, that's one of the things that turned me off from the outfit. The quints really wanted it because it's so "princessy", but after seeing it in person I thought the tiara looked really bad and the dress wasn't as nice as I'd thought, either. Not for that much money.

It's not plastic though, just a very thin almost aluminum like metal. I do have to agree that it's very cheap feeling and cheap looking. The dress is a gorgeous color, a true royal blue!

Snowflake Ball Gown for Dolls + Charm Item# G2218 $36
She’ll be the belle of the ball in this elegant outfit, featuring:
* A fancy ball gown with double-ribbon accents on the velour bodice and sequined snowflake embroidery on the tulle skirt * Elbow-length gloves, plus deep-blue shoes for dancing * A silver tiara to add a touch of sparkle * A “Proud” heart charm for the doll’s charm-keeper necklaceThis dress is absolutely beautiful! The color is more blue-violet than seems to come across in most photos. The gems in the tiara are purple. I love how fancy this dress looks and it makes any doll look beautiful. I didn't have any trouble with the tiara fitting. Grade A+ from me.

We love this dress! The colour is lovely and it looks great on both Julie and Elizabeth. The tiara is a bit of a pain- our also doesn't lie flat. I've noticed that all of the AG pictures with the tiara seem to show an up-do, so the problem might be that we're trying to stick it flat on top of the head. Still, it's beautiful. The shoes are also nice, just hard to get on over stockings. (who wears a fancy dress in the dead of winter with bare legs dress A+ tiara B shoes A gloves A overall A update: After being played with gently for 2 months (not continuously, of course- occasionally being put on the doll), the elastic in the back of one of the shoes is fraying. I guess the shoes really are too tight- but my daughter is very disappointed.

This gown is gorgeous! I love the detail at the sleeves and the snowflake designs. The shoes are really cute, but a little tighter than most of the other shoes I have. The glovers are stretchy and very easy to use. The tiara is a pain and hard to get on right. I'll have to try an updo like AGR. The comb part is flat so it doesn't work very well with the contours of the doll's head. I know others have mentioned that this gown looks more purple than blue, but to me it's all blue.

I love the dress, but I have to give the set an A-. The dress is absolutely GORGEOUS on my #28, Natalie, and so are the shoes. The dress and shoes are very easy to use, but I had trouble with the gloves and the tiara broke. So I just don't use them, because the dress is simply beautiful on its own. Attachments:
