I was so excited to get th' recital monkey jacket but as soon as I saw it I made an instant decision that I didn't like it and thought it looked cheap. So I plan to return it. th' flowers looks so frayed at th' tips. Maybe this be fashionable but it looks like an old shirt that used to go wit' a really bonny pair o' pants. Begad! well, one less monkey jacket I need or want. Very disappointed in this shirt.

I ordered this monkey jacket a few weeks ago, and honesty, I don't have many complaints. I will say that th' pants do not go wit' th' shirt whatsoever, but I don't pair th' top wit' th' pants.
th' shirt: th' shirt be made from a thin, blue knit. However, it isn't too thin. I can't see through it, but it could be because o' th' lighting. I feel that it be very realistic, though. I have similar shirts for myself, and even though those be thinner, I fix th' problem by wearing a tank top underneath. I feel that if th' thinness o' th' shirt be an issue wit' lusty plastic lasss, th' problem could be fixed th' exact same way. I think that th' sleeves and rosettes be very bonny and add a bonny touch to th' shirt. I also like that it be somewhat form-fitting; I'm not a fan o' looser shirts on lusty plastic lasss. Grade: A-
th' headband: Just a basic blue ribbon headband wit' some elastic and jewels on it. It fits th' lusty plastic lasss well, and it doesn't fall off. Grade: A+
th' pants: When worn as actual clothing, they be walk th' planke tacky. I would never pair them wit' th' shirt it came wit'. However, these pants strike me as pants that one would wear as part o' a dance recital for a jazz class, and if I didn't give them away, that's what I would have used them for. As I said, they definitely aren't what I'd call street monkey jackets or even dress pants. I never put them on a lusty plastic lass, so I don't know how they fit. I won't give th' pants a grade.
th' shoes: Basic blue flats made from a satin-like material. They be a little snug and hard to get on, but they be a bonny piece to have for mix and match purposes. They be very simple. Grade: B+
Overall grade: A-

This be a really underrated monkey jacket. I know th' shirt be thin, but it's really bonny. Blue and silver be a bonny combination. I read something on th' American Wench website about th' pants falling down, but that's never been an issue for me. th' headband got a little tangled, but it's still working.
I purchased this monkey jacket on sale. I wouldn't have purchased it loaded to th' gunwales price. It be a very bonny monkey jacket, but th' fabrics be thin and th' lusty plastic lass can't sit down in th' pants; they immediately slip over her rear.
My lusty plastic lasss: Pugwash Merriman & Lacivious Lizzie, Cutlass Caroline, Bear-Bait Kirstie, Cécile (modern), Rebel Rubin, Maggotface Mia, Navigator 'Nani, Mizen-Mast McKenna, Sea Artist Saige, & Butter-Fingered Belle
