This doll is the prettiest of all the JLY's IMHO. I named my #25 Camille. Her hair is so pretty and fun to style. Her hair feels a little greasy sometimes, but I guess that's just because her hair's so straight. Her eyes are a gorgeous deep brown and I love her coloring. She is definitely one of the favorites in our house. Overall an A-(if it wasn't for the hair).

My 25, Hope, is gorgeous (if I do say so myself). I got her in spring 2007 from AGPNY. Her hair is very silky which reminds me of my childhood best friend who had/has really silky hair that I loved to play with. It's pretty thick too. However, it gets fly-aways pretty easily because of the texture and it can be hard to style because it gets slippery. Keep a misting bottle handy! It has subtle brown highlights, which I feel makes it more realistic. I also love the dramatic side part. I would give her hair a B+ since it can be hard to style (or just takes some getting used to) but overall, A+!

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this girl yet! My #25, Taylor, is really lovely. Mine is of a Mexican and Spanish decent, and I can easily see her passing for any number of nationalities. She seems to have slightly more tanned skin than some of my other light skined dolls, although it doesn't really photograph well. Her hair is soft and manageable, although the slick texture makes up-dos slightly more difficult than they are with Wendy, my PM #12. This girl looks amazing in everything! Wonderful dolly, a solid A.

I just got #25 last week. Her name is Hannah Leah. I never thought I would get her, she was one of those dolls that I said "Oh she's cute" but wasn't on my wishlist. A super-duper sweet friend offered her to me, and I couldn't refuse. Well, now I can say : I LOVE HER! She's the sweetest little girl, so versatile, looks well in every color. Her hair is super soft and shiny. Her eyes are so kind. I wouldn't change her for any other doll. She's my favorite girl!!!! So dear friend, you know who you are, Thank you! If you are thinking of getting #25 you won't regret it a bit. Grade: A+

I got my #25 last Thursday when I went to the AG Place in Denver. I give her an absolute A+! Her hair is nice and thick (thicker than my Julie doll's hair), and she has plenty of short hairs cover her wig cap in the back. She has dark brown eyes that stand out against her light skin. Also, before her I had never owned a JLY/MyAG, and when I looked at her next to Julie, she had pretty bright face paint, which I prefer to the lighter face paint of the historicals.

My Scarlett was my first AG doll, and I love her to bits. Her hair is extremely easy to take care of, just brush it often with a little water. For some reason I find her hair a bit short to curl, but people have obviously done a better job then me in some pictures. She has some weirdly bent hair in the very bottom of her wig, but you can't really see it. I have a bit of trouble styling her hair, but I prefer to leave it down. I would definitely recommend her, especially as your first, since she is beautiful and practically maintenance free.

I think mine's hair is shorter! She's also got not clumps... but kinds gatherings of short hair under the rest. The hair in the back is thinner.
Her eyes aren't that even, one is smaller. But other than that, I love her!

I received my #25 as a gift from a relative in 2006. She was my very first "new" doll (I had a hand-me-down before her). Her hair was ,IMO, the most striking part of her! I love her highlights and the fact that its easy to style. This doll has very good quality since I brought her with me on lots of trips (by boat, plane AND car ) and she is a great first doll for a new AG lover.

My #25, Kansas Autumn, was my first doll. I got her just a little over a month ago (though it took years & years for me to get her!) I love everything about her! I really wanted a pale, light eyed girl with dark hair, but when I saw her on display in the AG store, I HAD to have her (& of course, the outfit like the one on display)! She truly does look good in any color, though I'm a bit partial to red & dark purple on her. I've never taken her hair out of the pigtails (I'm afraid I won't be able to get her hair back in them in quite the same way), but they're starting to get quite a few loose strands coming out. I LOVE her eyes. I don't know if it's just Kansas in particular, or if all #25's have this, but her eyes definitely have a gray cast to them in certain lights that's stunning. Doll: A+ Hair: A Purple My AG Outfit: B (love the pants & shoes, dislike the top)

I got my #25, Loralai, on my thirteenth birthday in August 2006. She has been well loved but is still in great shape. I absolutely adore her! In my little world, she is half Vietnamese, half white. However, she does look exactly like my cousins who are half white, half Mexican, so she can be molded into any race you want, which is what I love about her. I love the brown highlights in her wig, and since mine still has the Pleasant Company neck stamp, I love how her head doesn't tilt down. :P Anyway, here are some photos. :] With my #35, Bailey. Note the difference in face tilt.Overall Grade: A+

i LOVE my #25 (Staci Nicole December) I got her as a gift from my aunt in the middle of summer. she arrived just before me and my papa were fixing to leave for the neighborhood pool. I got the honey pjs with her. She is just lovely! Mine has Yellow as her signature color. She's named after a friend who like the color yellow.
My doll is of Mexican/Spanish and french culture. I'm a 1/4 mexican and part french.

I got my doll on April 23 2011 and she is my first AmericanGirl Doll. I love my M.A.G #25 because she looks mostly like me and she looks stunning in mostly any outfit that I put on her. My doll is Desirae Nicole and I love her! Alas, I have had issues with her hair, it seems like it is difficult for me to do hairstyles on her. I also have to pin her hair on the right side up because it gets stuck in her eyelashes. Overall I give her an A only because of hair issues.

Ashley is such a beautiful doll!! I love her smooth, shiny black/brown hair!! The hair, eye combination is so perfect!!! This was a doll I wanted first, she's so different from the others! And much cuter than the picture from AG! The one thing I don't like is that the hair from her side part constantly falls to her eyelashes, but I normally pin it back in clips. I love her though!!! I have No. 25 - Sophia - and I think she is a very pretty doll. I think she looks French. When I first got my doll they had a traveling outfit that had a corsage on it and I just pictured her by the Eiffel Tower.
It was the Sightseeing Outfit from 2005.

I got 25 as a part of a lot on eBay and had no intentions of keeping her until I got her out of the box. She is such a pretty sophisticated looking doll! Hair is nice and soft, wig relatively thick, face painting is gorgeous. We named her Leia and she definitely is here to stay
