Pepper wanted to try on the sleigh for size. The reigns are just barely long enough to reach his neck and the collar barely closes. But he still looks cute!

Santa has a brand-new helper! Coconut's dressed for the part in a Santa hat and jingle-bell collar. Her sleigh holds a shiny package and a snowman toy. Comes with a gel-filled snow globe sticker for you! $18
Toy: A
Very cute! Made out of a foam kind of material. Pretty easy for my Coconut to hold.
Gift Box: A
Also very cute! I love the pom pom on top! The toy fits in well.
Santa Hat: A
Has an elastic band to keep it on, so it fits well & is easy to get on & off.
Sleigh: A
Adorable! Collar has Velcro, so it's very easy to get on & off!
Overall: A+
Very cute set that gets used every Christmas!

This is a very cute set and would be a fun addition for play or for display! Coconut's Santa hat is made a deep red velvety material and a fuzzy white trim with a few metallic threads that add sparkly when the light hits them just right. A thin elastic band holds the hat securely on Coconut's head, and an extra stitch in the hat keep it at a permanent tilt. There's an American Girl tag sewn inside the hat reminding you to hand wash separately in cold water. Just in case anyone wonders, there's not a ball at the tip of this hat. I like the hat and think the elastic is very secure, but I don't love the placement of the seams, which seem visible from any angle. The jingle bell collar is permanently attached to the reins of the sleigh. The collar is made of a reinforced red velvety material with a thin stipe of gold brocade down the middle, with seven little gold jingle bells evenly spaced throughout. The two ends of the collar attach securely with a bit of Velcro. The reins are a red velvety material that extend from the collar back to the sleigh, then wrap several times around the top rails of the sleigh until they eventually are tied in a bow at the back. A trio of gold jingle bells embellish the spot where the bow is tied. The deep red reins look really nice with the heavy gold-colored sleigh, and the whole thing seems very sturdy and well-made, as if it would hold up well to lots of play by a child. (If I had had this when I was a kid, I would have played with it all the time!) There is also a red-foil wrapped present and toy snowman that comes with the set. The present is a cube-shaped box with a separate lid; the lid has gold ribbons on each side that come up to a decorative green metallic pom-pom. The snowman toy is a lightweight squishy material with a green body and hat, red striped scarf, and red muff. It has a metallic insert in the back so pets with magnetic mouths can easily hold it. The snowman toy is small enough to fit in the gift box, and both can fit in the sleigh with a little extra room for more gifts. Overall, I think this is a great set! Measurements for reference: The Santa hat is about 3 inches tall, including up to an inch of white trim around the bottom (kind of depends on how much that part is cuffed up) The collar is 7.25 inches around, including the 0.5 inch of Velcro on either end. It’s about 3/8 inches wide. The reins are made of ribbon 0.25 inches wide and there’s about 4.5 inches between where the reins connect to the collar and the front of the sleigh. The sleigh is just under 5 inches long, 2.5 inches wide, and just under 2.5 inches tall. The gift is 1.5 inches in each direction not including the pom-pom, which adds another inch, and the squishy snowman toy is about 1.75 inches tall.
