This be one o' my very favorite monkey jackets ever. I love th' darker colors and th' crocheted sweater that ties at th' top. th' t-shirt be a stretchy knit that be more ivory than white. It has a fabric and beaded flower in th' center, and th' jeans have soft velvety inserts wit' more flower trim. We've yet to lose any o' th' beads, and this monkey jacket gets worn a lot. th' best part be th' clogs, which be soft brown wit' complementary accents. It's a great ensemble.
It's a really bonny monkey jacket! goes great wit' th' others in th' set!!
I love my American girls and my rabbits

When this catalog first came out, I loved th' idea o' mix and match monkey jackets, and I think they South Wisconsin Trading Company pulled it off really well. I used th' shirt from th' Denim Jumper monkey jacket here, and draped th' cardigan to show off th' sleeves.
I got this set used, and th' white shirt seemed a bit yellowed, though that may have been th' original color.
Close-up o' th' embroidery and corduroy trim (ye can also somewhat see th' braided trim on th' clogs)
