I knew as soon as I saw this outfit released online that I had to have it! It looks exactly like something I would actually wear. The sweater is ultra soft, roomy, and easy to put on. The leggings look exactly like the long retired Apres Ski leggings. I think I would have preferred a more 'skinny jean' look. The boots are too cute; but somewhat difficult to get on. The hairband is just a simple stretchy ribbon. Overall, this outfit has great mix and match potential! B+/A-.

Like ag4alison, I liked this outfit as soon as I saw it. The cowl neck sweater looks so cozy and comfortable! The outfit includes:
- a cowl-necked sweater
- heathered leggings
- knit boots
- headband
Here's a picture of Iris (#26) in the entire outfit. The sweater is thick and cozy. The cowl neck is currrent and mature- it makes this outfit an excellent choice for dolls in their teens. The leggings are ankle length. It's a bit hard to tell if they are denim blue or grey- in different light, the color appears differently. The sweater has simple cuffs and a nice knit border along the bottom hem. There is an American Girl logo, but it is the same color as the sweater and quite small, so it is not annoying. The boots are really cute! I thought they would make it difficult for the doll to stand up, because they don't have solid soles, but I had no problem getting Iris to stand. There are two white, non-functional, buttons on each boot. I didn't care for them because the buttons are enormous when you think of the scale of the outfit. Still, the boots are a nice touch. If you like the boots from this year's Valentine PJs, but thought they were nauseatingly pink, then the Cozy Sweater boots are a great alternative. The headband is a simple stretchy band, similar to the one included in the True Style outfit. Overall, this is one of the best outfits American Girl has released in its MyAG line in some time. Grade: A

Echoing what others have said. I love this outfit! The slippers, in my opinion, could have been real shoes instead of slippers, but other than that, I love the set. Just going to add some more pictures now. Katia is just chillin' outside in the sweater, leggings, and headband. She refused to wear the slippers outside though because they aren't proper boots. And, wearing the slippers inside.

This is the first outfit I liked enough to purchase new from AG at full price. It looks so soft and comfy and I think it would work well with every complection and hair color. On #25 On Marisol

This is one of my favorite AG outfits. It looks good on my AG dolls, especially Samantha.

Chiming in to say that while I loved the outfit, those boots really are a pain to get on. They either need to be remade a little looser with more room for elastic to stretch, or they need to velcro open and shut in the back like a lot of the more structured boots do.

I love this outfit! Sweater: GREAT material. It feels so soft and comfortable, plus seems to be pretty high quality. It has velcro in the back (not all the way down) but it's the non-snag kind and it actually doesn't snag (sometimes I still have problems with that velcro). The cowl neck looks fashionable and "in" and makes it a bit more mature. It's also a pretty color which is actually a blend of pink shades. Grade: A+Leggings: Pretty standard AG leggings. They are a denim color. They are more grey-ish or subdued than the denim leggings that came with the Apres-Ski Wear from 1997. Comparison (the A-S ones are on Kit in the purple coat): They fit well, and can definitely be used for mix-and-match. Grade: ABoots: They are cute, "in" and I like the color and button detailing. (Not sure if they are boots or slippers because I've seen sweater boots, but these don't have soles to them.) However, like Masquerade said I found them difficult to get on. Update: I was able to get the boots on easier when I wasn't worried about getting them to go over leggings. They still have a tendency to fall off her heel a little, though. Grade: C+ BHeadband: No review yet because I didn't see it when I opened the outfit and later thought it was just a ribbon I had stuffed in the box on the fly, and now the box is with my parents. Overall Grade: A-Love this outfit; it's really cute and on-trend. However, the boots are difficult to work with.

I really like this set. The sweater is soft and thick. Gwen is my skinniest doll and it fits her pretty well, but It might take a little stretching for it to fit some of my other dolls. The leggings are a nice color and I like that they're longer than many of the other AG leggings. The boots are really cute but as others have mentioned they are a pain to get on.
