I was meh about this set when I saw it in person at AGPLA. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera that day. The capelet and mittens are very cute looking and were well made; the box was also nice quality. My beef with the set is the snow globe. It has no water in it at all. It is definitely as "faux" as its listing on americangirl.com claims it is. Disappointing. No water in the snow globe? Talk about fail.

I'm also disappointed that the snowglobe has no water; how is it supposed to snow? It's like all the snow dumps down at once.

Also kind of meh about the gloves which just seem to fit oddly.

The cape is quite nice, goes on easily, and looks pretty. I like it especially on Gwen, my #26.

Overall: I rate these a C. Not worthwhile overall.
