From the AG website: My American GirlĀ® dolls will love this sweet look! Outfit includes: A crinkle-chiffon dress that's fully lined, featuring petal sleeves, a pretty sash that ties in back, and sequined embroidery at the hem A jeweled barrette to pin back her hair Turquoise ruffle-toe shoes for the finishing touch Includes a "Real" rectangle charm for the doll's charm-keeper necklace This is a very cute dress. Some may thinks it looks "too young", but I think it is sweet! It looks pretty on a lot of dolls. The bodice is lined and the skirt lining is only attached at the waist, so it forms a "slip". The belt is sewn down at the sides and can be tied in a cute bow in the back. The embroidery is very well done, but it is only on the front of the dress. I believe the velcro is the "non-snag" type, as I did not have any problems with it catching on the fabric. The barrette is sturdy and holds a fair amount of hair. I can't tell if it is metal or metal colored plastic, but it does not seem like it would break easily. The shoes are . . . o.k. I like the color, but not the style. They seem to be missing something - a strap (?) maybe - something that would make them look more like dressy shoes and less like slippers. Although the set does not come with tights, I tried a pair of off-white ones with the outfit. I must say I prefer the look of the outfit this way to the look without tights. So overall, I give this outfit and A. If tights were included, the grade would be A+.

My Kanani has not taken this outfit off since I received it I think the color is great for her skintone, and I like it much better than the party dress from her collection. The chiffon material is nice and the embroidery detailing is very pretty. The ballet slippers have a cute little ruffle at the front, but were a little hard to get on. Overall, love it! A+

I think the dress looks adorable on number 55. I cannot wait to put my Brooklyn (number 55) in it. I bought it for her. I saw how cute she looked in it on the AG website and had to get it for her. I do not think the dress looks to young. Just right for a 9 or 10 year old girl. I think girls grow up to fast these days. Let them look like children a little longer.

My daughter picked this dress out for her MyAG #37 Easter Dress. It sits very nice on her doll. I agree about the shoes. Not thrilled with the ruffles but they are cute.

This dress is beautiful! It's only the second MyAG outfit I've purchased in the past 2 years, the currently available outfits just don't appeal to me much. I really like everything about this one though and do not at all think that it looks too young. I would have worn a dress like this at 13 or so. The dress seems high quality to me. Fabric does not feel cheap and the sequins are sewed on well. The underskirt/slip thing is nice and a great addition, it would definitely be way too see through without. It helps the skirt lay nicely as well. I'm not a huge fan of the sash going around the middle- the serged seams are kinda ugly and the sash lays oddly on my doll, but it's not a big problem. The shoes are pretty, fit well, cutely decorated. I do agree they look a bit like slippers though! Still look nice with the dress. The barrette seems high quality. It's metal and stays in the doll's hair fine. It would have been nice if it could hold a bit more hair though. The back of the barrette is pretty long, but only about half that length can actually hold hair and the rest sticks out beyond the barrette which is a bit unsightly. A little odd, but still a cute addition and it looks nice with the rest of the outfit. Overall, I would definitely buy this outfit again!

I purchased this outfit for McKenna and MyAG #41. It really works nicely with doll with blue eyes, as it pulls the colour from them, and makes them pop; and against darker hair it creates the perfect contrast! The shoes I love to hate. They can be really hard to get on, but look great with a lot of my doll's outfits. The hair clip is cute, but if you put too much hair in, it won't close. The fabric from the dress is pretty thin, but it is a summer dress. Over all I rate it an A-, mainly because the dress looks great on all dolls. *mod edit to remove dead image link*

One of AG's prettiest outfits! I love it - the color, the pattern, the shoes, the barrette... it looks good on just about all my dolls. The quality is great and I highly recommend it.

I try to only buy clothes for dolls that I would buy for a little girl. This would be a perfect Easter or church dress for either. The material is not as soft as it looks and is actually sort of scratchy. It is a really gorgeous dress, though! I love the emroidery and the fluttery sleeves. Elena, my modern Elizabeth, claimed this dress for her wardrobe. *mod edit to remove dead image links*
