That doesn't happen to me often with AGP exclusives.
It's cute. It's black. It's a t-shirt and the star-trail looks like comets. It fits Jess fairly well.
The only draw back is that the collar seems strangely done to me - it looks like they turned it under and sewed it, rather than doing a separate collar piece, if you know what I mean. In other words, the finishing work is not up to par. However, you don't notice if it's on the doll, or if you aren't a nit-picker like me, so it's a small, uh, nit-pick.
Jackie's gone somewhat Goth/Emo/Sk8r and approves of the shirt. Now she feels she can grab her board and hang out with the other teeny-boppers--I mean, cool middle schoolers--at the Galleria Friday Night, standing around the fountain and pretending that her hair's so heavy she can't lift her head. She's been wanting to do that forever.
I love this t-shirt so much! It's absolutely my favorite AGP-exclusive ever. The stars are really quite metallic and shiny and the design is fun and sparkly without being overpowering. (I don't care much for the AGPC (?) starfield!)
It has a nice, fairly loose fit so it should fit the fatter dolls pretty well. Of course, it looks awesome with the AGP Roll Cuff Jeans, which have the red, white, and silver accents.
For those who like to know these things, the code for the shirt is F7358-MF2A and it is $7. The official name is AGPLA Star Trail Tee.

This was my favourite of the exclusive shirts on my first ever trip to an American Girl Store (LA) in December 2007. The shirt is a thin black cotton with a trail of metallic silver stars and American Girl & Los Angeles printed on the front, it fastens with the low-snag velcro. I originally got this for Kaya, but now she has the red Classic Tee and this one is Felicity's as it is the only one that fits her. I like to pair the shirt with the AGP jeans and the Star Stud Hat (and it looks great with the black earrings from the Pretty Party set). A+
