This mini Mac computer is an exact replica right down to the switch on the back and the Apple logo on the front. The computer is made of plastic and takes 2 AAA batteries. When you flip the switch on the back of the PC/monitor you will hear a familiar little beep letting you know that the computer is "booting up." The screen will appear exactly like a Mac of its time would have complete with a little trash can in the lower right hand corner! Touch the keyboard to see your dolly's field trip report appear and you can even read it too!! Tap the mouse and make stars that will form the Big Dipper. This computer is FABULOUS. It even comes complete with a tiny little AG mousepad. One of AGs best accessories in my opinion. Grade A+. |

I've wanted this since it first appeared in the catalogue, so I finally got my own last summer. It didn't come with the mousepad. The Mac screen is so realistic and takes me back to when I worked on a computer just like that in elementary school. The downside is that it seems disproportionate to the dolls. It's also a bit hard to get the batteries in, although it makes a great prop even without turning it on. Grade: A  |

The only downside is that it seems disproportionate to the dolls, but it's not perfect. It depends on the Mac. We had some monster Macs at the newspaper where I worked. I got this for sentimental reasons and love it. |

I was lucky enough to score this on Ebay a couple of years ago and I love it! I couldn't believe how detailed it is. And we're a Mac family so I was especially thrilled for my dolls to have one as well  It's a perfect replica of the little Macintoshes we used in the mid 80s at RMIT. They were only quite little machines so I think the scale is probably pretty accurate. I really wish AG still made doll scale computers that were good replicas of existing real models... even if not Mac. |

I have this and I think it's super adorable. I had the same computer growing up. I agree with the disproportionate thing. Look at the size of the keys and the mouse, and then look at your hands. I never noticed it when I was little, though. I think the report screen it comes with is a lot better than the clock/address book thing they've done with the doll computers they've made since then, and a lot more realisitic. I hope they will go in this direction with the next doll computer. I give it a A+ for cuteness, realism, playability, and nostalgia... but must subtract a letter grade for the scaling.  A funny story... I'm rounding up the AGoT accessories that I'm not planning on using anymore and giving them to my 9-year-old sister... when I was talking to her on the phone I asked her if she wanted this computer, and she told me she already had it. And I had to say, "No you don't, it's four years older than you are" and felt very old. I think she will be amazed at what computers used to look like.  |

I lucked out and got this - still working! I answered a CL ad for Addy's desk set, and when I went to purchase it they "threw" this in. It's just adorable and a real blast from the past. My 5 year old DD is loving it. Her brother keeps bugging her, so she said to me, "He's not letting me fake read my fake emails!" |
