Trundle Bed
Your American Girl and a friend can whisper late into the night in side-by-side wooden beds. The upper bed features a footboard and headboard with star cutouts and eight interchangeable shapes on the posts. The trundle bed slides underneath for storage. Both come with soft mattresses and pillows. $65

I got the bed with bedding on eBay so I don't know for sure how the damage it has was done but the quality seems lacking. For all its lack of sturdiness however I love how this bed looks. The bed is made of chipboard (mine has a chunk missing so I can see what it is under the paint) painted a nice shade of blue with little posts at each corner. The headboard has 3 stars in different sizes cut out of it but mine won't stay attached to the mattress support because the screw supports have come unfastened. The mattress support is thinner pressboard. The bed came with two sets of knobs, 2 yellow moons & 2 yellow stars and four blue balls (all which I got from a board member for the cost of shipping). The moon & star knobs are made of resin? and are very easy to break or chip (one moon with the eBay bed was badly chipped and the other broken) and the star knobs scrape the posts when screwed in unless you are very careful. The blue balls are just basic knobs that match the bed and I'm not sure what they are made of. The trundle bed is a drawer made of the same material as the main bed, but smaller (a doll barely fits) that slides under the main bed nicely. I don't need it as a bed so I took the mattress and pillow off and use it as a storage drawer. The mattresses and pillows are fairly standard AG issue, not as thick or heavy as my PM Felicity set (which I'm pretty sure were all cotton), they are a white fabric stuffed with polyfill.
