From the AG website: Allergy-Free Lunch Item# F0902 My American Girl® dolls can enjoy a make-believe lunch that's allergy-safe: A pretend berry smoothie, container of vegetables, and two sandwich skewers A medical bracelet and allergy stickers to keep her safe while she snacks A faux allergy shot, just in case A fabric lunch bag to hold it all $28
I have to say, this set is adorable! I love that there's a healthy food option since some of my dolls are competitive athletes and prefer to eat really healthy. I like everything about the set except the bag. I feel like it could've been made a little better, as it "puckers" at the sides. You'll see what I mean in the photos. The bracelet could use some work, but I give them props just for including it to begin with. Everything else is great. The price is a bit high, but 'tis the trend from AG lately. A+, even at the high price point.

A pretend berry smoothie This is very cute, it looks like the typical AG water bottle.
container of vegetables This doesn't have a lid which seems strange for a lunch bag? It's just an open container of veggies so in reality once you put it in the bag all the things would fall out (they don't because they are glued in)
two sandwich skewers this is my least favorite part of this set. I can't tell if it is pieces of tofu or bread on the skewer and find the food hard to recognize. The fruit kabobs from the taco set are much better
A medical bracelet This is adorable and you can add stickers to indicate what allergies your doll has. However it is flimsy and once you put it on it is difficult to come off. I almost broke it trying to get it off and the plastic has that white stressed look.
A faux allergy shot Very nice touch!
A fabric lunch bag As mentioned above it puckers. I added a piece of card stock to the bottom to give it shape and am considering starching and ironing it to make it more structured.
Here's a picture of the bracelet on a doll... sorry it is not close-up. I purchased the set in part for my Elizabeth because she has food allergies (I also liked it for the healthy food options).
Otherwise, I give this set a B+. I really like the burlap feel to the lunchbag and I don't mind that it puckers... it makes me feel like the doll reused it from something else or made her own. I liked the food that they included because it seemed like something I'd eat for lunch. haha I love the sandwich kabobs because I just know when I was AG age, I would have been bored with sandwiches and more willing to eat everything if it was presented that way! I like that they included the epi-pen and bracelet, and I like that the bracelet is "customizable". However, I docked the grade for: Clumpy food (even if they made the food all stay together, it still doesn't look as detailed/nice as I think it could), bracelet quality (like others said, it's flimsy and hard to get off once you put it on; it also looks nothing like a real medic alert bracelet), and the fact that a lot of the food they included was on the allergy stickers (maybe I'm just being picky and I'm sure your doll is probably not going to be allergic to EVERY sticker, but I just felt like they could have tried harder here to make it truly "allergy friendly", like no cheese on the sandwich kabobs?).
