I just recently bought the guitar for Antef. It is really good quality. I wasn't for certain what I would get out of the money that I put into it. But, I was pleased with it. It really does look like a real guitar. And, this may sound weird, but it has the sound and feel of a real guitar when you thump the back of it - much more than I expected. The shoulder strap is thankfully the correct length, and the music books are just awesome. The guitar case is really well made too. Shame my guitar doesn't have that nice of a case! I definately rate this an A+.

I just got it yesterday for Christmas and it's so cute! My Jess seems to have claimed it already! You can actually strum (lightly is best of course) and it makes a sound-I've never been a big fan of guitars but this is really well made and super cute!

I got one of these the other day and I love the case. THe detail on the guitar is fabulous too, but I was a bit disappointed that it was made of plastic. I also didnt like the material that the strap was made out of and it would have been nice to have a couple of little guitar pics in with the strap!

The guitar is plastic? I never would have known. The UPS man just dropped this off, and I couldn't wait to open it. It is absolutely gorgeous. It looks just like the guitar DD got from Santa for Christmas. The wood finish is beautiful, the strap is definitely something a 10-year-old girl would add to her guitar, and the books are actually educational. I think you could even use the books to learn to play. The little compartment inside the case is just like a girl size case would be. A pick would have been the icing on the cake, but I know we would lose it anyway. If you or your DD is interested in guitar, this set is a must-have. I give it an A+ and will say that it's one of the nicest accessory sets I have bought.

I just got this guitar and love it!!! I waited a long time to purchase this set because the price seems really high. I originally had Felicity's guitar but just didn't care for it. After selling her guitar I took the plunge and got the modern guitar. The first thing I noticed was how heavy the box was. The case is very well made and the guitar fits in it very nicely. AG could of scrimped and not put in the accessory compartment but I love that they did! The book is great too....although you may need some glasses yourself to read it. True the guitar is plastic but it is very well made. I also wish there was some guitar picks but you can always make a few out of a plastic butter tub top. Great set! A++ If you can buy it on sale even better!

A+ This is a great set! The books are just replicas of the real one, so if you have really good eyes, you could learn how to play the guitar from it lol! The case is a bit heavy I noticed, but good quality. Inside it has a little space for the strap and the guitar JUST fits inside. On the back of the case it has two straps so your doll can wear it, it doesn't exactly work that well since the case is so heavy and your doll will keep falling over... unless you have a stand I guess. I loved everything overall. I definitely recommend it!

The quality of this set is amazing! I was so surprised at how realistic it is. It hangs perfectly on the doll so she can really look like she's playing it. The detail is great and even the case is fantastic! A+ I love the velvet-y inside and the little compartment just like a real case! The straps on the back were a great idea since it is much too heavy for an elastic to attach the handle to a doll's hand

ohmygosh! where to start!? this set is too amazing for words! I would add pictures but my webcam is broken and i dont know how... :L Guitar: the quality of this is unbelievable! it feels like real wood! i feel if it were left on the floor out of its case and someone stood on it it might not survive, but all my dolls do with it is sit holding it or display it in its case under their bed so theres no chance of that happening! its smooth and shiney and well- perfect! i don't own any other AG instruments but my sister has an AG sized trumpet and even though its good, the quality isn't as good as this. One thing which is unrealistic, but my guitar is SO out of tune and untuneable.. i know its not possible to change this, but... well it would've been nice! There is a sort of chocolaty brown colour on the sides and bottom, but its lighter on the top.. like i said, i cant add pictures! Strap- This is really good! it has its own section in the case and it clips onto the guitar with a buckle-like thingymabob. The flower pattern is lovely, the silver, pink, green and purple really match the brown shade on the guitar. Case- This is soooo cute! it is leathery on the outside, with a plastic handle which the dolls cant use, and elastic "rucsac straps" on the back so they can carry it! i have never had problems with my dolls falling over when holding this, then again im very good at making dolls stand up! The inside is lined with a beautiful red fuzzy material, i love it! the guitar fits perfectly and the books can fit inside with the guitar aswell, thats what i do with my instruments so i thought McKenna should too! like i mentiond earlier, there is a section thing for the strap to go in to keep us OCD people happy! i dont know if this is realistic or not because i dont know how to play the guitar but.. its cute! Books- Even though i dont use them much, these are incredibly well made! My friend played jingle bells from one and i think the other one might be a fingering/chord book? i prefer to display my dolls playing pieces, chords are boring! :L Overall this instrument is adorable! fantastic quality, excellent play value, wouldnt want to step on it but then again, it comes with a case! maybe not for younger children but most of those have bitty baby/twins anyway so i think its okay! It also comes in handy if you're doing a taylor swift music video! and i used it for my art project! could not live without!

I have the original violin and love it. I'm now thinking the guitar will be perfect in a 1970- 80s time frame especially for a beach scene. It seems to be well made and realistic.
