My daughter recently received this outfit. She loves to play with it. The skates actually roll and her #37 doll stands very well in them.
The skates are easily slipped on and then I tie the bow. She has Asperger's and hasn't mastered how to tie shoes yet but it able to get the skates on and off.
The skirt is cute and girly and sits nice on the doll.
The hoodie is soft and we both like the Eagle graphic. The only negatives are: 1. The hoodie is very tight fitting, too tight infact, and does not sit well on the doll and 2. It is hard to get the hoodie onto the doll. You open the velcro and while slipping the arms into the sleeves you have to squeeze the dolls head through the hoodie. If the doll has long hair it can be pulled (not so easily) through a hole in the back of the hoodie.
I strongly suggest having a simple low ponytail on your doll with longer hair and then after the hoodie is on either pull the hair through the hole or style it. Putting the hoodie on messed up the hair style the doll was wearing.
All in all we give this outfit an A-. The skates get an A+, the skirt an A, and the hoodie gets a B-.
Oh and the legwarmers arent thin but arent thick. They slip on and then you put on the skates. My daughter likes that you can keep them more straight or scrunch them as you like.
Daughters AG Dolls: Kirsten, Felicity, JLY #37. Wish list: Rebecca and Josefina.

My daughter picked this out at the AGPLA store. I think it's adorable. I love the colorful wheels and how they actually spin. She's only just started collecting, so I don't have much to go on quality wise, but I thought it was worth the money spent. I didn't buy her the helmet since she has one from Pottery Barn Kids.

DD got this set for Christmas & loves it. The skort/hoodie remind me of a Gymboree outfit that she had a couple years ago. The skates are so cute & fit easily on her PM Felicity. I think they'd be great for Julie too as they remind me of the skates I wore in the late 70s/early 80s.
Our dolls in order of appearance: Elizabeth, Felicity, McKenna, Chrissa, Lanie, Kit & Aimee (#22).
I skated for many years and I bought this outfit as soon as it was released because I HAD to have the skates. Absolutely no disappointment here! I even sent a pic of them to a non doll-collecting skating friend from my childhood so she could see how realistic the little skates are! (Except my real ones had fluffy green Pom poms on them.) I highly recommend this set.

I bought this set in March 2013 when it was on sale for $30. I wanted the skates so Julie and Ivy could go skating together but wasn't willing to pay full price for it. This outfit is much better in person than in pictures! The skirt is a soft knit. For some reason I thought it was going to be cotton. I guess I didn't read the description. The colors are nice and I think it could be paired with a different top. The hoodie is cute but a little on the short side. I haven't tried it on with jeans yet, but plan to. The legwarmers are great, nice and stretchy. The skates are adorable and i'm glad I got them. The wheels are plastic, just like Julie's skates. They are easy to get on and off and have real laces.
