It comes with: 1 Stroller 1 Baby Doll 1 Baby Hat 1 Baby Outfit 1 Stuffed Rabbit The Stroller is mostly plastic , but the handle is metal and the wheels have the same hard rubbery stuff that you see on real baby carriage wheels. The little tray under the carriage part is useful, and the fabric part can be removed and used as a bed or something. The canopy can be on either side. Grade: A- (b/c plastic) The Baby is very cute. She has blue eyes and golden hair, but her eyes are painted. Her Outfit & Hat are well made and nicely trimmed with lace, ribbons, fancy trim, and embroidery, so for all that I give an A (I would have liked sleep or at least glass eyes) The fuzzy rabbit is nice, although the velcro is not that strong (it supposedly can hang from things w/ the velcro on its feet) Grade: A+ for cuteness. AVERAGE GRADE: A

I don't have the complete set, having scored the stroller alone, on ebay recently. I thought I would post some photos since there aren't any others yet.
As already mentioned by the OP, the frame is plastic and the handle is metal. The whole is alot more solid than I was expecting.
Edited to remove pics that Photobucket 'speedo-ed' The bassinet is quite deep. It looks as though it can be taken off the frame for washing although I haven't tried.
I sought out the stroller because I wanted a dolls' pram for Alexandra. I would have preferred a more realistic type but... it works.

We have lots of the mini chou chou babies here, and they fit quite nicely:

It's a cute stroller and as I've said, it works quite well as a dolls' pram for Alexandra and her sisters to play with. I don't think it works so well as a 'real' stroller for a doll supposedly baby sitting though. It's too whimisical (imho).
BUT I'm very glad to have it and at just over $10 I think I got a great deal!
I hope the photos aren't too big. When I clicked on 'resize' in Photobucket it said the page wasn't there (but would I like to look at all the thousands of other photos posted instead? grr). And please excuse Alexandra posing in her nightie!
