I give this item an A-. I love the style of these PJ's because it's a classic, basic style. They are silky and Coconut curled up on a cloud is very cute. The slippers look exactly like cheap ones you can get for people. They stay on pretty well as far as backless slippers go for dolls. Unfortunately the hair elastic is very cheap. It has a woven covering over elastic that is all secured by a metal clamp commonly seen on hair elastics. However, the elastic inside has detached from the clamp and is floating in the woven material. It's no longer an effective hair elastic. However, I don't think anyone sleeps in ponytails, anyway, so the hair elastic isn't necessary. It's a large elastic that really is suited to put all the hair into a ponytail (rather than some of the hair or to hold the bottom of a braid). The buttons on the front of the shirt are just for show, and there in a velcro strip underneath. It's the new, non-snagging kind of velcro. These are cute but I didn't care for the silky material. I wanted the slippers but they cost $7 as a replacement part and thought that was a bit steep.

These are a favorite in our house - except for the durn slippers which don't stay on AT ALL! As far as the hair elastic, ours was very UNstretchy and a bit frustrating to use. My DD has matching PJ's for her - and so these get worn frequently here!

I love this set of pj's! I think they rank up there as one of my favorite pairs of pj's. I love the cute little Coconuts all curled up and clouds, and Sarah is right about those slippers! They are exactly like the cheap ones that people can buy and they are just adorable! I don't use a ponytail holder when I go to bed either, so I really don't use them when I dress my dolls in pj's either. I give this outfit an A+!

I LOVE this outfit. This PJ set belongs to Nicki, who looks absolutely adorable in it.
The PJs are very well made and feel very nice, and look absolutely adorable on any doll.
The slippers don't stay on very well, but that's expected from backless slippers. I would have liked if they put something clear on the back to help keep them on, but, whatever. They're still cute. But I wouldn't suggest taking them out of the house. Highly suggest telling children to leave them at home for sleepovers.
I agree the hairband is pointless. Nicki doesn't sleep in a pony tail or braid and it's horrible anyway. It's not stretchy at all. I imagine they just threw it in there because they felt just the outfit wasn't enough. I think a cute matching pillow for a couple more bucks would have been much better.
However, all things considered, they're still adorable PJs. I think they'd be a great addition to any modern collection. Nicki loves them! (:
