The Good: The tiered skirt is SO cute, I want the girl sized one, lol. The shirt's nice, but I'm a bit afraid the jewels might fall off, although none have yet. Crown is VERY cute, but I wish the rhinestones had been clear, instead of colors, so it matched other items better. The bracelet is really cute.
The Bad: The shoes are cute, but they fall off easily.
Rating: ****1/2, A

This outfit was sold out for a while earlier this year. I bought mine as soon as it became available again. I'm trying to get "whole page collections", so I have the entire butterfly party page now! It's sooo cute. I like it because it can be appropriate for just about all the seasons (with a jacket).

I finally got this outfit about a month ago, and I don't have any problem with the shoes. Mine have the little elastic around the backs of them; do they all not come that way? All in all, it's a really cute outfit IMHO. :-)

My daughter got this outfit when it first came out and the girl sized T-shirt. I love the different colored birthstones on the tiara, it's a nice touch. The sandals do seem to fall off very easily even with the elastic band in the back. I give it an: A

When I first saw this outfit, I just had to have it! I absolutely adore the skirt in this set, and the top is very cute. I honestly haven't put this outfit on one of my dolls in a long time simply because I had a hard time deciding whose birthday it was going to be! So, I have yet to experience problems with the shoes, I'm hoping there won't be because of the elastic but I'm sure there will be if everyone else is having these experiences. I love the tiara as well and although I think the different birthstone colors are great, I'm inclined to agree with Cami that because the stones are muliticolored, this makes it impossible to use with any other outfit. I give this outfit an A.

I love this outfit and I think it is cute but the only problem I have is with keeping the shoes on, but they are extremly cute.

I just bought this outfit from the AGB&B Atlanta store last weekend because they had it on special for $14 with a $30 purchase (like that was hard to do at the store!) Here's mine: Beautiful Kailey in the Birthday Girl Dress This 'retired' version had neither the tiara NOR the bracelet. Does anyone have a picture of the bracelet they could post on here? Thanks.

Skirt: B+ Very cute, but I'm always scared it's going to tear. Shirt: A The higher neck is adorable. Good quality. Shoes: B- Realistic enough, but they fall off easily. I've found that putting a piece of double sided scotch tape helps. Bracelet:A Cute, good with almost everything. Overall: A- I'd provide pictures, but I can't figure out how. Kailey looks adorable in it.

Bracelet: I don't even know where it is! Tiara: A++++! I love the tiara and am constantly using it for dressing them up or down! Shoes: B. I don't use them. Skirt: A+! It looks really good on Kaya in her non-historical days. Shirt: B. It's a shirt, that's for sure.

This was another outfit that my target market-aged daughter really wanted. She likes to put it on her birthday-celebrating dolls, but never really uses the tiara. I personally think the top is a bit short-waisted, although I get that the effect may be to show of the waistband of the skirt. But I also think a cotton t-shirt is too casual for such a fancy skirt, even with the sparklies on the front. I do like those sparklies, though! However, I do NOT like the way the neckline lays....or doesn't lay, as the case may be. One of the ruffles on the skirt is a bit hard to tame as well. The shoes are darling, if a bit delicate for child's play. They stay on moderately well after a couple years of play. The bracelet is a nice little extra. Rated B overall. Nice concept, poor execution, I think. Since it was also sold after retiring as a PWP (albeit without all the extras) it is slightly more adundant on the secondary market than most retired outfits....and IIRC it was on sale for quite a while, too. So keep that in mind when considering seller mark-up on this outfit.
