Rating A White Jean jacket Pink dress -flimsy material but very cute Pink Pocketbook with Licorice on it Shoes- Pink beaded shoes ( very cute) I love this outfit, the little Jean jacket can be worn with many other outfits. The material on the dress is a bit flimsy but overall I think this set is adorable. The shoes are very cute and easy to put on but they are hard to keep on. We put clear elastic bands around the shoes to make sure they stay on.

This outfit is very cute. But you're right about the shoes. Just one of mine seems a bit larger than the other.

I bought this outfit and returned it. I thought that the fabric that the dress was made from was pathectically cheap and thin. maybe it's because I was expecting a t-shirt tyoe dress, instead it wa flimsy and thin. I was worried that it would get torn to messed up. The jacket was better quality. Overall rating D

I like the doll version, don't think I would buy it for DD though in her size. The jacket and the shoes IMHO are the best parts.

I bought this for my Addy and my daughter said she had to have one for herself. I just bought it on ebay. I thought the material was flimsy too but I love the color of the dress. It looks gorgeous on Addy's skin!

We have this outfit and really like it for the most part.
I don't think that the dress material is flimsey - It's supposed to be a flowy type dress, and I think that the fabric reflects that. It is lined.
Our shoes don't give us too much trouble on this one.
The jacket is GREAT! So versatile - can be worn with many other things.
The purse is one of the cutest accessories around!
That said - my DD refuses to put this outfit on her girls because she says it is TOO SHORT! And if they wear it they will be showing their underwear to everyone around! She pairs it with jeans as a longer top, and it really does look cute that way! I would agree with her on the length - make it a bit longer please!!!

Grade: B+ I love the dress. It's bright and cheerful, the pink makes it girly but somehow it seems very spunky to me too. My AGT wears it a lot. The beaded pink sandals are adorable, they might be my favorite part! The jacket was hard to get onto my AGT. After the first couple of times, I stopped trying. The dress looks plenty cute by itself. The purse and stickers didn't impress me at all, but little girls will probably like them.

My daughter has this outfit and really loves it. The coat is soft to the touch and well made. My daughter uses it as both a casual and dressy outfit. The sandals are too cute.

I really like this outfit. There is nothing about it that I don't like. The jacket is soft to the touch, the dress has lovely layers, the faux cork wedges on the shoes is just so cute. And who can forget that purse?! This outfit in my opinion is a must.

Oh, wow, I meant to post a picture of Beatrice wearing the dress as a top with jeans AGES ago, and I forgot about it until I saw the thread up at the top with the "new" icon. So sorry it has taken me so long - those of you wondering how it looked have probably despaired ever seeing a photo of it. Sorry about the angle on it, but it's the only photo I have on my photobucket account where you can see the whole thing (well, there's another, but she's sitting and you can't see the length of the dress). --- KERI

I was on the fence about this outfit. When it went on sale I finally got it. I like the jacket most of all and feel that it will go with almost anything. The dress is okay but it seemed a little short on Juanita and was see trough. The purse was a nice touch and was very cute. I liked it a lot. The shoes, well, mine were heavy and I had a hard time keeping them on the doll. I was surprised at how heavy they were. The stickers are cute and I can see a little girl really liking them. Overall I rate this outfit a B. Compared to the On-the-Go outfit, which I bought with this one, it wasn't that cute. But it does have mix-and-match value, like the Cargo outfit and the On-the-Go Outfit do.

I just got this outfit yesterday! This is one of my favorite AG outfits! The jacket is cute. The dress is pretty and the shoes are beautiful! The purse tops everything off! It is very hard to button the jacket. The purse doesn't stay on the doll's shoulder (I don't know if it's supposed to do that or not, but the dolls certainly aren't able to hold the purse in their hand). Also, the purse is hardly practical. Get this outfit while it's still on sale! Overall: B+

THE DRESS: It's a pretty, pink (I can't describe the material) dress that has a sequined flower on the chest area. It's tie-dyed in two shaeds of pink, and you can see from the pictures. Grade- A+
THE SHOES: The shoes are wedged. Faux-cork makes up the wedged part. The straps over the shoes are made of a purpleish pink velvet- very pretty. The straps are beaded. The shoes stay on your doll's feet by a elastic band. GRADE- A+
THE JEAN JACKET- It's a nice white color, that I suspect gets dirty easily. It has pink embroidery on it. The buttons are hard to button if you want to button it. I personally despise it, but others might not. It makes for a great mix 'n' match piece. GRADE- B+
LICORICE PURSE- It's made out of vinyl with a picture of Licorice on it. Licorice's collar [on the purse] has rhinestones around it, but it's hard to tell if they are really there. Grade- A
OVERALL GRADE- A+

I ordered this when it first went on sale to give as a gift. When it recently got marked down again I decided to try it on my Marisol to see if I wanted one for myself. I'm really not impressed with this outfit at all. The dress just isn't flattering and it's a bit tight. The purse is cute but doesn't stay on the doll's shoulder. I don't think I'll be ordering this one for myself even at the sale price. If I do, it will be as another gift (and the price would have to be lower).

I also found the dress to be a bit tight. I did not like it on my #24 but it was okay on my #23. The dress has stretchy like material, which I don't like. However, the color IMO is beautiful and the shoes, though hard to fit right, are cute. Overall I do not recommend it unless you really like the color. It doesn't fit nicely and I don't even use the jacket with it. Here's a picture of Mackenzie in it:

I got this from Ebay about 2 weeks ago. I love this outfit, it works for both casual and dressy occasions, and the jacket is great for mixing and matching.

Just got this a while back. I don't have pictures atm (there are a couple sitting in my camera though, lol), but I can say it looks adorable on Nicki. The dress is short, but awfully cute. The material is thin, but I wouldn't necessarily call it flimsy. The jacket is adorable and versatile and very high quality. The purse is cute, but is really more for aesthetics than for actual use. The shoes I love. I didn't have any trouble keeping them on her feet, and they're also versatile. I'd give it an -A overall. Nice little set. Edit to add pic for good measure. =)

I've been thinking and thinking about how to describe the material on this dress, and it finally came to me! I've had several Easter/fancy dresses made from the same type of material layered just the way this dress is. This whole outfit actually looks like one I wore for Easter holiday around the time it was being produced (pink dress, white denim jacket, cork wedges with beads.) I'd say it's accurate for the time as well. It's pretty soft and looks great on my Chrissa. I haven't tried it on anyone else yet. A+

I've wanted this outfit for a while. I got it in a lot on ebay. I really like it. The dress could even pass as pajamas. The only thing I'm not wild about is the shoes. My dolls stand in them just fine, I just don't really like them. ~mod edit to remove dead image links~

I don't have pics of this outfit yet, but I will post some as soon as I take some pics! Anyway, I've liked this outfit since it came out a long time ago, and recently I bought just the dress and the shoes from another board member to serve as a birthday dress for my 1998 girl. To me, with the lettuce-edging and the tie-dying and the chunky shoes, it's perfect for a 90s girl. Anyway, I didn't really have any problems with this dress. It is pretty short, but because it seems so summery it doesn't seem skimpy or inappropriate. I thought that for a synthetic fabric it's still a nice quality, not chintzy. I'm afraid it will snag though so I am going to keep it away from velcro. I am impressed by the embellishments on the outfit too - the sequins are really secure! Frankly I like the look of it better without the white jean jacket! The shoes are nice, I like the seed bead detailing and the faux cork heels. I didn't know that they are slightly angled/high-heeled, but not enough that the doll looks funky when standing (although it is tough to get Amanda, who has loose legs, to stand correctly). Anyway, I will give the pieces I have an A! ~mod edit to remove dead image links~

I got it in a lot on ebay. The dress could possibly pass as pajamas. I'm not wild about the shoes. My dolls stand in them just fine, I just don't really like them. There's nothing wrong with this outfit, but I ended up gifting it to a little girl who plays with my daughter. ~mod edit to remove dead image links~
