I give this an A.
It has lovely details and is super cute. The blue crushed velvet is wonderful and the skirt has a split in the front with sparkles and a sheer black overlay.
It has gold slippers which are a little flimsy and would rip easily. It comes with a crown and a necklace that are just darling.
I will try to post pictures (once i figure out how).

This is a great costume. I picked this one up off of ebay because it was retired before I was able to purchase it. This costume will definitely work best on my PM dolls, because I noticed the costume was a bit loose on Lily (#24). I can't find anything in particular to complain about with this costume, so I give it an A+.

BTW, if you wash it, it will stain whatever it's lying on to dry. Trust me. I have a big purple spot on my comforter from that.

Overall Grade: AAn outfit that is both durable and beautiful. Perfect for a Halloween costume or a doll that likes princess fairy tales (Ruthie!) | Original Description: Her Majesty's sparkly dress is trimmed in velvet with jewels, bows, and a gold satin belt. A jeweled necklace, a gilded crown, and golden slippers complete her regal look. Don't forget her treat bag! $24 GHOP | | | The outfit fits PM and Mattel dolls with no problem. The length of this dress is similar to that of Felicity's gowns. | The fuschia satin material is covered with netting that contains plum sparkles. The netting is the same color as the plum velvet material found on the rest of the dress. | | | The necklace is my favorite part of the outfit. It is very detailed on the front and the jewels match the rest of the outfit. It closes with a hook and eyelet closure - easy to take on and off of a doll. | Surprisingly, the back of the necklace does not look bad and could possibly be worn backwards for another look. | | | The crown has plastic jewels sturdily secured to the front and sewn on. It is held together in the back by velcro. A very nice part of the outfit. As other members mentioned, the slippers are very flimsy. They are a shell of fabric sewn together with a thin removable plastic insert inside. Probably the most disappointing part of the outfit. | The treat bag has a different design on each side and is similar to something you could purchase at Hobby Lobby. This same bag is included with the Sock Hopper and Sparkling Mermaid costumes. Nothing special. |

I was cleaning out some files and saw that I had a photo of this outfit, so I thought I'd add it here. It's definitely a favorite of mine and I think is one of the best costumes made by AG. Because really, if you're going to do princess, you need to do it up right with rich jewel-tones and lush fabric. The outfit comes up regularly on eBay for reasonable prices, but not usually with all the parts. Up until last fall, AG sold the necklace as a replacement part. Legitimately medieval? Of course not, but it's a fun fantasy costume. Definitely worth picking up if you can find it, the set rates an A from me in terms of quality, playability, and durability.

I adore this outfit. It's my favorite AG costume ever. The dress is gorgeous, all sparkly and spangly, but not overdone. The colors are very sophisticated and pretty. The necklace makes the outfit. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pendant is metal. It has a nice vintage look. It's set with bright rhinestones that match the jewels on the dress and crown. I have nothing but good things to say about this outfit.

I have this dress, and it's by far Molly's favorite Halloween costume EVER! (She's had other, homemade costumes for the most part)Molly's been dressed up in it almost every halloween since I got it (new from AG when it had just been released) The necklace is my favorite part of the outfit, too, and I agree that the slippers are a tad flimsy, but really, it's not as if the dolls will be walking around in them, right? So it doesn't bug me. (I must add that I really like the idea of wearing the crown upside-down over a veil, I'll have to try that next time!)

Very nice for a costume. I like the velvet. The slippers are a thin, shimmery, dark gold satin-like fabric. The opening is elastic and overall they are cute and can go with some fancy outfits. The treat bag is just the average AG treat bag made of shiny thick paper. ~mod edit to remove dead image links~

This is the only AG Halloween costume I ever bought, and I really like it because it's detailed and it looks like a costume -- it doesn't fit perfectly, the shoes are flimsy, the jewelry is clearly meant to be fake. I'd give it an A.

This is only the second costume I bought. The velvet is soft and nice and the colors are vibrant. I love the little gold bow +-detail on the sleeves. The little gold slippers are darling. the crown is very nice with sewn on jewels. the necklace is lovely and really finishes the outfit. Medival Princess by Laura *, on Flickr
