My mother and I purchased this at AGP LA in September thinking it would be a great way to pack two dolls for an upcoming trip. My Samantha and my sister's Bitty Baby rode home in it from the store. Both fit inside just fine sitting (although there was some leg overlap, but that didn't bother me).
The tote seems pretty sturdy. There are velcro tabs attached to the opening that seem pretty secure (we used them, and they held up well on the ride home). There are also four pockets, two on each side, that are fairly roomy and secure closed with velcro, although it is a pretty small patch of velcro so I wouldn't count on storing anything tiny or easily losable in there just in case the bag tips over.
The material and stitching seem pretty sturdy.
My mother also used the tote to carry her Rebecca on a car trip recently and that worked out just fine for her.
I give this an A- just because it seems a bit expensive (we paid $26) and because I'd prefer for the pockets to have zippers instead of the velcro, but it works pretty well for what we bought it for!
